My recent stay at Hotel NUMA was a pleasant experience, with the room contributing to an overall positive impression. While the room was comfortable and well-maintained, the decor was modern and tasteful, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the bed offered a decent level of comfort. The room at Hotel NUMA provided a solid and enjoyable accommodation experience.

While my stay at Hotel NUMA had its positive aspects, I must address a significant drawback related to noise disturbances. Unfortunately, the thin walls in the room allowed sounds from neighboring rooms, particularly one where a party was taking place, to penetrate easily. The constant noise of loud music and shouting persisted throughout the night, significantly impacting the overall quality of my stay. What was particularly challenging was the absence of a 24-hour point of contact or support to address such situations promptly. Without a dedicated service to report disturbances, the impact on the quality of sleep and overall experience was substantial.

Loved the room, the location, very close to transportation. Very easy to communicate with the Numa team.

No cleaning at all, feels more like an AirBnB but not guesthouse/hotel - so good for short time stays but if you stay longer, you might rather like to go somewhere where you get the room cleaned for you.

We really liked this almost brand new hotel. We have become used to the impersonal Airbnb type rooms that you can book. This hotel could have been like that, but it wasn't. And the reason was Cafe Einstein on the ground floor - in fact we walked through it to get to the lift to the room. So this hotel felt like a hotel with a reception, an excellent breakfast or lunch or tea if you felt like it. We could meet friends for a coffee 'downstairs'. All in all, a great success. And the hotel is well connected to the main S-Bahn through the centre of Berlin as well as loads of shops and restaurants close by. And excellent value for money too.

The size and space of the room and natural light from a big window with a view. The self check in/out and key code access. The bed comfort. The extra products (yoga mats/utensils/tea coffee) downstairs for use. The coffee shop at the entrance.

I booked because it said there was a kitchen(a mistake on the booking.com website not the fault of Numa) so was a little disappointed there was no microwave/cooktop in room I got, but there was a fridge & I liked the room anyway. The washing machine was hard to work out how to use it (have to get the app) but fine once did.

Easy check-in, confortable room and bathroom with the added bonus of having a fridge (even if it is tiny) and coffee machine/kettle. Good location close to frequent transport links and supermarkets/restaurants.

Some rooms are better than the others (in the same price range), therefore be careful not to base your hotel choice on the pictures listed on Booking. The entrance through a coffee shop isn't ideal. Finally two minor points / areas to be improved; the automatic toilet flushing (very noisy, especially at night) and the shower needed some limescale removal and waterproofing.

The apartment is clean, modern, well located ( few minutes from public transport S , easy access directly from the airport). I like the cosmetics at the apartment that is the same in other Numa properties I had visited, very nice. Tea and coffee available at the apartment, water and lemonade. Bed is big and comfy. Also the stadium is a few minutes drive that I had visited for the concert. Many restorants and coffee shops, breakfast options. Also river trip was in walking distance from the property.

I was instructed to take the iron from the essential room and happened to meet the cleaning staff, no one was speaking English and they did not want to give me iron at the beginning. Downstairs has a small cafe the first day was fine and I bought some food and was sweet lady meanwhile speaking few English, but second day it was extremely rude person telling me that I can not use the entrance of cafe to get to the hotel and pointing me to staff entrance from another side. I had problem with using Uber application , my taxi did not came and I needed another one, but on-line assistance of Numa doesn't not have this option. The bed is too close to bathroom door is not convenient to open it

The building was located close to the station.The room is speacious, equipped with everything you need. It was nice there was also small coffee machine, a kettle and tea. I think it was very good idea that toilet and bethroom were separate. The service was very nice and quickly solved the problem with pin code. I'd love to come back here. The service downstairs in the Einstein Cafe is also very nice. And they have good coffee.

Not all communication took place via email and WhatsApp. I received the first 2 massages (about reservation etc.)both to the email address and to the app. However, the message about the problem with the internet and the pin code was sent only to the email address. That would be great if all communication went through both channels or just one. It would save time.

Neat room, efficient minimalist design, very comfortable bed, nothing to complain about. The zero human contact experience was unusual at first but certainly has its advantages.

My room was on the first floor and quite dark, so not so optimal if someone happens to want to work from the hotel room or stay in for some reason. It took me a while to get the hang of using the pinpad which was needed for opening every door and the elevator. While everything else is squeaky clean, the elevator stinks... Whatsapping with an AI (which the hotel forces a bit) was weird.

The hotel was very clean! The bed was comfy and during hot summer days the very powerful AC unit was a blessing. Also, the check-in process was extremely smooth and simple! The AI bot on whatsapp worked OK as well.

The shower and the bathroom were really small and the motion sensors turning the lights on and off didn’t work properly. Also, it is a very weird to not have a sink in the bathroom so that you need to go to another room to wash your hands.
