The staff let my wife and I check in an hour early without extra costs without any problems where other hotels have extra charges applied. The rooms were clean and everything was very well maintained. The location was also very good with restaurants near for us to have a comfortable meal.

The cost for the room could have been a little cheaper. However, there is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

This was a nice hotel at Wannsee S-Bahn station. The room was clean and fine. The location is excellent for public transport access, or to explore the Wannsee area. There are good dining options nearby.

There was no hot water available in the morning. There is no breakfast or bar or any other services at this hotel. This wasn’t a problem for me, I’m just mentioning it for other travellers.

The hotel is located right next to the 'Berlin-Wannsee' train stop, which is an advantage for people who appreciate mobility, but disadvantage due to the constant noise.

Confusing instructions. The instructions in the room said that customers must leave their keys in the letter box next to the entrance door, but in reality there was a basket next to the receptionist (who is absent if you departure early). This is not safe since anyone have access to the keys lying in the basket.

Good stay, had everything we needed.

Whilst being right above the train station is very convenient to get in / out of town (definitely a big pro for location logistics !!) it would be worth noting that it could be loud or wouldn’t suit people wanting a sleep in etc. This didn’t bother us as we left early to explore etc but it’s a very busy courtyard outside.

I liked the location it was right next to a lake & there were many great food places & stores next to it.

There was busses & train right there to take around the city.

The room is well cleaned. At the reception, they quickly issued and issued a key, every day they take out the trash and put the room in order. Opposite the hotel there is a small park and in the evenings an incredibly beautiful view.

The hotel is located right next to the train station, so it is noisy in the room when the trains run. For that, the hotel is conveniently located and therefore it is very convenient to use public transport.

Excellent hotel by the train station, clean rooms and easy access plus some good bars nearby.

Late check-in meant we had to phone them to get the key.

customer service was very good. although we arrived quite late, the staff were quick in response to our late request to leave the keys after check-in time.

Sheets were clean, but the pillows underneath were a little dirty (which is understandable for a hotel with so many people there). Other than that, everything else was great (though I was there for roughly 12 hours)

I really liked the location The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean!!

I just didn't like about the availability of the receptionist, when I needed to ask something nobody was there
