Beautiful, spacious, clean room with a comfortable, extra large bed. The whole hotel is very stylish and modern. We visited the gym which was perfectly equipped and the water dispenser even had several options of sparklingness :-)

Breakfast was good, but the nutella dispenser didn't work and scrambled eggs looked more like boiled eggs cut in pieces. Everything was written in German, so it was a bit of a challenge to choose the right morning tea. Our room was located on the ground floor next to a site which kept making a beeping sound - my husband was a bit annoyed at night and had to use earplugs.

Newly built or renovated property. Everything was new, fresh and clean. The hotel is well placed close to the A9 and A10 and not far from Babelsberg studios, Potsdam and Sanssouci. The car park in level -1 is also new and there was space for my despite not having made parking reservation. Breakfast was nice and well prepared, albeit average in terms of selections. Coffee from a machine.

Could only turn off A/C by opening the window. No Italian style espresso coffee.

It was a big room and bathroom size. Nice breakfast. Lovely desigh. Reception staff very helpful.

Somehow the air- conditioning was more like a fan. And the windows you can open just a few centimeters. In a hot summer day it was too hot.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Bed was very comfy and good blackout curtains. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Easy to get to as it’s right next to a station with places to eat and a kiosk within a 10min walking radius.

The location was away from the main town by some distance. There was only one restaurant located next door to the hotel. There was staff were unhelpful when we asked for them to arranger a taxi for us, so we just stayed on site. The food and price was good at the restaurant and the staff very friendly. This hotel is perfect for the film studios, but we were not happy as we would have liked to be in Potsdam itself. Maybe the description could be clearer regarding location.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming – really made a great impression. The room itself was very clean, modern, and felt recently renovated. I also appreciated the convenient on-site parking.

However, there were a few issues that affected the quality of my stay. The room we received had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and unfortunately, there was no real sound insulation – we could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. At night, someone even tried to open the connecting door, which felt unsettling. Additionally, while the bed was large and fairly comfortable, there was no pillow variety – just several of the same type, which wasn’t very comfortable or practical.

Doors slamming all the time. No restaurant on site. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I paid for late checkout but the cleaners weren't told and kept knocking on my door.
