The location is perfect, 15 minutes to Sanssouci Park, 20 minutes to the city center (by foot). The train station is in 2 minutes by foot (the next building), from where 2 min to Potsdam main station, 7 min to Potsdan Golm and 30-45 minutes to Berlin (all by local trains). The room is large, with a huge windows from the floor to the ceil, nice balcony. The sound isolation from train station is really good - no any noise.

It was too warm, and one can open only the entire balcony door - no windows. No cleaning/new towels for free during even a long stay. The view from the window is to the opposite house, nothing special. The kitchen corner is really small and exactly at the entrance to the room, it is weird that one should keep outerwear in the kitchen somehow.

Great and very new apartment with a little kitchen area (including a dishwasher!), a sofa, a dining table, and a bed; plus a walk-in shower in the (separate) bathroom. Everything was in great condition and I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the apartment and the facilities. Given that it's also very close to a tram and s-bahn stop, I think this is a very good location and deal not just for business travellers but also for tourists.

To be honest, everything was great. Of course, the hotel is right next to to a train track and a at a major street that also has a tram line; but it seems the owners were aware of that as when the (sound-proofed) windows are closed you'll hear neither the trains, nor the tram, nor traffic. The only "weird" thing was that my room had a door to the adjacent apartment which was locked with a special electronic lock though. I guess this would've made it possible to make two apartments into one for families or similar. I didn't mind it, but I could sometimes here the damp voices of the people in the other apartment during the day (though never at night).

The apartment was spacious and equipped with many appliances. There were a toaster, an electric kettle, hobs for cooking, a coffee machine with two free pods (additional ones can be bought at the reception for 0.50€), and even a dishwasher. In spite of the apartment windows being above a street with a lot of traffic, the apartment was extremely quiet, since the windows were perfectly soundproof. The bathroom was spacious and there were soap dispensers near the washbasin and in the shower. The Charlottenhof train station is just 2 minutes away on foot (1 minute if you run!), so the location is ideal. The staff was very friendly and kind.

It has washing machine for clothes, it's free. But no drying machine. But also you can dry it in your bathroom, it will dry overnight even Jeans. It's close to bus and tram station, a lot of restaurants close by, also a Kaufland (supermarket) about 20 mins away. You can buy food there and cook in your room.

The car park service needs to be booked, very limited slot and it's not free. Hard to find 24hr parking space in Potsdam. Only shower gel provide (it said 2 in 1, but it's not that good for hair), no shaving tool/ tooth brush. I stayed a week, and they only have one time free room cleaning service, and you have to talk to the front desk before. The table and chair on the balcony is very dirty and dusty. The TV channel it has are boring channel, but you can stream from your own device.

Room 116 - spacious and quiet room with modern furniture: double king size bed, comfortable pillows, table, three chairs, flat tv, sofa,another small sofa in front of the bed, USB, balcony with a view garden/ backyard. There is also small kitchenette, very well equipped: plates, forks, knives, cordless kettle, coffee machine, dish washing machine, cooking place etc. Very nice bathroom with large shower, fresh, white towels, liquid soap, hair dryer... Hotel is located around 20-30 minutes walk from Potsdam city center, but it is quite nice area for a walk with places to eat and shopping area. It takes around the same time to walk to Sansoucci Park. We stayed one and half day, but now I know that it was not enough time - there is so much to see in Potsdam: we did visit Cecilienhof, Sanssouci Palace, Old Mill, new Guest Palace , Chinese House and New Palace ( DON'T MISS TO VISIT NEW PALACE - IT IS A CHERRY ON THE CAKE - a must to see!!!). There are also food stores a few minutes walk: Kaufland and Lidl, so you can buy food to cook there. I highly recommed the hotel - I am sure you will enjoy the stay in the and in Potsdam...

Water tap leaking in the bathroom - please fix it- it is really waste of water. I booked hotel parking place well in advance but when we were on the way with our car from Poland I was informed that car place will not be available with a "strange" excuse from reception guy that the lift is being renovated. Strange, because other guests were using the parking place. In the end we found a parking place close to the hotel, but frankly, I don't like to be surprised like this....

As a couple we love to stay somewhere we can prepare our own meals while on vacation. The small kitchen was so functional and everything was super clean and modern. Staff was super friendly as well.

We ran out of toilet paper twice, it would be great to provide a little more to begin with. At some point, other hotel guests complained that the air conditioning was too cold which resulted in it getting turned off for the whole building. This was not ideal during a heat wave but once we told staff that our AC wasn’t working they turned it back on for our unit.

Location, very clean, comfortable, very nice bed, big TV, equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea and drinks are for free by the entrance.

There were no towels in the room, except the one for drying your feet after shower, which was located in the bathroom area. I asked the receptionist for towels, and she couldn't believe that I didn't have towels in my room. I told her I have one for feet. And she was trying to convince me that it was for the body, because it's impossible to have forgotten towels. When I asked if the towels were provided or not, she didn't reply directly. Finally, after 20 minutes, I got towels. It's a bit annoying experience for these nice apartments. I mean, give towels without so many questions. If I am there asking for towels, means there is a problem.

Don't miss to try to stay here. Well, the staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly. I got Studio room. It's huge, Convenient,full of equipment for cooking, dishwasher, Washing machine. Bathroom also very big. Water was very strong. Warm water works very well and quickly. They're 2 TV. One at the living room and another is in the bedroom. There's spare bed for big family. For 3 minutes by foot, you get the bus/tram stop and DB station Postdam Charlotte. There is a small terrace outside to the garden for those smoker. Left/right side of the Apartment has Vietnamese restaurant and Chinese restaurant. Opposite has Sport bar. About 500 m by foot there is Big supermarket and small one on the other side where close at 21:00. The only one thing you should no: there's none of maid to come to clean up the room everyday. For me I like it. I travel alone and stay here for 3 nights 4 days, so I prefer privacy room. I will book here again whenever I return.

Excellent location, next to the trainstation. It is little over 1/2 hour to Berlin hauptbahnhoff,, if you plan weel. Train ferquency is a little low. Potsdam so so much nicer to stay than in Berlin, depending on your wishes. Nice old beautifull compact city with good dinning. Rooms are quiet, big enough and well equiped, clean and new.

Train frequency is the only downside actually. Appartment is great. Oh and parking can be a bit difficult, depending on what you are used to.

The location so close to a train station is definitely a bonus. It was so easy to travel with the German public transportation 👌 also city buses are frequent and it is easy to manage travel plans. There are many places to eat without spending too much money. The hotel is so clean and the room is huge and comfortable. 👍 👌

I wish they would clean the room daily.
