Superb location, right next to both Jannowirzebrücke S & U-bahn connections which is conveniently only 15 minutes away from Berlin Hautbanhof. The room itself makes good use of the available space. Starting with the bed: a medium-firm mattress with a choice of pillows, suited to your liking available through a so called “pillow bar”. There is a selection of lighting options available whether side, table or main lights all of which are dimmable.

The bathroom was the only downside. Firstly, the extractor fan did not seem to work, making the mirror unusable if you wanted to shower in a water temperature anything above lukewarm. Secondly, the toilet seriously lacked flushing power regardless which flush option you used. Lastly, the A/C seemed faulty - even with the window closed.

Everything was very clean and the room was ok for a couple! The location is also convenient for getting around the city! There’s a u bahn (metro) station and a bus stop nearby. Checking in was very smooth as well

There’s only one thing. There is a hair dryer in the room but the last night it went missing! I guess the cleaning lady took it for another room. When I went on the reception to ask for another one ( it was late at night) they said that tomorrow another one will be delivered to my room. This is not very convenient as I had to wait for my hair to dry on their own..

The location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The play areas and the gym were a nice bonus, especially for families, and overall the hotel offered very good value for money.

The hotel was generally clean and offered daily housekeeping services, which we appreciated. However, during our 8-day stay, the bedsheets were never changed, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and access to the shared kitchens was restricted to students residing at the hotel, which limited our options for storing or preparing food.

Nice large room and bathroom (801). Stayed for a week and the room was very quiet - never heard a thing from other residents. Bed very comfortable, though very high to get into. Excellent shower. Good access to transport (not far from S & U Bahn). Availability of launderette facilities (important for long trips).Shaver socket in bathroom.

No decaf coffee available at breakfast. I had to bring my own, though decaf coffee pods available in room. Often no cutlery at breakfast. Foods slow at being replenished. The lighting in bedroom was designed by an idiot: main light cluster not shaded so it gets in your eyes - also cannot be switched off from bedside. Subsidiary lights fairly useless (e.g. low bedside light no use for reading etc.). Bathroom lights make shaving really difficult because your face is in shade! Simpler on/off conrtrols + separate dimmer would be helpful. On our last day the coffee machine was removed from our room and we had to ask for it to be replaced -all a bit random.

Location was great. Staff friendly. A cool industrial / funky vibe.

Air con in the room was okish but didn’t get particularly cold and we couldn’t have the window open as it was directly on the busy road. The lighting in the room wasn’t great.

Cool and fun vibe, everything in the room very well thought-out, great staff, excellent location. Breakfast was also very good. It was great both for fun and for telecommuting.

I would have given a 9 if it wasn’t for the fire alarm that went off twice, first time on my first night in the middle of the night. The hotel’s seemingly very competent and efficient team really needs to fix that. My parents were with me and even they liked the hotel, even as they didn’t match the demographics, but they also said they wouldn’t stay again because of the fire alarm incidents.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro and with super easy access to the airport train, which made getting around the city a breeze. The overall design of the hotel feels fresh, modern, and welcoming, with great common areas including a bar, gym, garden, and even games like ping pong that add a fun, social vibe. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the check-in process (done online) was quick and seamless. My room was spacious, clean, and refreshed daily, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, making it easy to work or stream without any issues.

If I had to point out one small downside, it’s that I would have loved to find slippers, a robe, and a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise, everything else exceeded expectations.

The social hub is a very cool place to stay, very good location. Staff were brilliant, really friendly, and helpful. Rooms were really comfortable. Brilliant option for young people travelling or families with teenagers. Fun areas to hang out. The gym is good if that's your thing. Alexa shopping centre practically next door!

There is nothing negative to report. The breakfast was a little pricey for a family of 4 at 17.50 each to add to our booking. I'd include an English breakfast tea and some uht milk for Western travellers in the rooms or an option to add this 😉. Some easy public transport info like the 300 bus stop is outside the door and takes you xyz and you can get your tickets via this app. These are only recommendations.

Great hotel, lots of hang out spots and the staff is exceptional. Breakfast is good and has a wide variety to choose from. We had dinner once and it was delicious. Room was very clean, filled with all kinds of goodies to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There isnt really anything we didnt like. The only thing that could be better is the air conditioning. They use climate control. Since its been very hot and the window doesnt open completely, it was very hard for our room to cool down.

Excellent location close to the city centre, with good connection to airport and central station. Industry-style interior. Room was almost brand new. Good bed (though mattress may be considered hard by some people) Room equipped with usable working table and water cooker. Water bottles were supplied every day. Bathroom sufficiently large, but not fully barrier free - a step to be taken into the bathroom. Air condition worked well, rooms are calm even when facing the street. Self check-in, but support personnel on site. Cold drinks and snacks avaliable at the lobby.

Only two elevators are a bit underdimensioned during peak times. Storage and space for clothes and a suitcase in the room are very limited.
