Hotel stands close to Ostbahnhof and concert arena. That was my destination- concert in Uber Arena. Communicable staff. Nice that you can have a welcome drink before heading to concert. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. And there is no noise from trains - that’s important!

The location was perfect, really in the center of all the interesting places in Berlin that you would walk to. In one direction, you could walk to the Brandenburg Gate in 30 minutes, and in the other to Kreuzberg in about 30 minutes as well. 5 minutes to the Ostbahnhof train station, from which you could get to Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes by S-bahn. We were there for a concert at Astra Kulturhaus, again a 20 minute walk away, so it was a perfect location for us. Breakfast was great, there was a huge variety and a coffee machine 24/7 could be used by guests. It seemed to be a good place to have some drinks in the style of a hostel bar, but we're too old for that now!

The only negative about the rooms we had was that there was no place to put our clothes, i.e., a dresser or bureau. There were some hangers, and we hung our shirts on them, but there wasn't a place for us to put our underwear, socks, etc. We were there for 3 nights, and it was a bit uncomfortable to live out of our suitcase.

I liked the space of the room and its location. The layout of the room was great. I think the staff lap made my experience great, they were all very friendly and approachable when I had questions! They were fantastic and the complimentary drink during check-in was a nice touch.

I thought that some furniture of the room/toilet was dusty. During my entire stay, used glasses were not taken/replaced. Also, I could smell the pipes/drains in the toilet quite strongly so I had to keep the door closed most of the time. Though this could be down to it being summer, I’m not sure. It may have been nice to have diffusers or something to make the toilet/room smell nicer.

The lobby is spacious and colorful — a perfect spot to enjoy fun evenings with friends, sipping drinks, playing chess, cards, or table football. Our room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean, with air conditioning that kept the temperature just right. Housekeeping came every day around noon to change the towels and freshen up the room, which we really appreciated. The mornings were wonderfully quiet, and the blackout curtains did an amazing job blocking out the light — ideal for a good, restful sleep. And the staff? Absolutely fantastic — always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable!

Honestly, I tried hard to find something negative to mention, but there really wasn’t much! If I had to say anything, maybe just that there was no toothpaste in the bathroom — and the duvet was a bit heavy (but hey, that’s just me being picky — haha!).

The room was very modern, stylish, nicely decorated, had a coffee machine, which was nice. + Super helpful staff, good breakfasts. Most of the things in the hotel we liked.

The only tiny thing I can admit is that I selected one queen bed when booking, but our room had two small beds. We put them together but they were very light and sliding away from each other in the night, so we woke up a few times with our backs between them, so this was not very comfortable. Plus on the pictures, this type of the room has two connected spaces with an open door in between (it is even called: connecting sleeper), but in fact there is one small room, and the door in between was locked. So I would say the price is a bit too high for a small room like that. On the other hand the hotel is in the center of Berlin, so prices are high there.

The staff was great and friendly. We stayed just two nights in a small twin room for a concert at the arena, and the room was cozy, tidy and tasteful and most importantly - air conditioned with blackout curtains. The 24/7 bar downstairs offers beer, cocktails and you can even order food (dunno how long the kitchen works), and the lobby offers a very nice lounge area where we could relax, enjoy our drinks and play games, so even for smaller rooms, the hotel offers full ameneties to sit back and relax. Also the hotel is very close to a train station, so you can easily get here from the airport, and explore other parts of the city.

The bar ran out of tap weisbier one evening. But really, over two nights, we really didn't find anything to complain about.

Perfect location, you can literally take any train from here and the walk to the hotel is 5 minutes. Shopping, bars, Berlin Wall etc. all in walking distance. I missed a fridge and iron board but survived without. If they had them I probably would’ve given 10. Especially in the summer it’s nice to have a cooler drink in the room.

I’d come back so nothing really, straight forward hotel. Stayed in room 125, it’s facing the train station. I didn’t mind but if you want a better view maybe ask for 5th level rooms.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in & I travel a lot! Perfect location practically opposite Berlin Ostbahnhof so ideal for airport train & transport links. I had quiet room on 6th floor - great sound proofing & everything super clean, tea & coffee free, bar open 24 hours, free welcome drink & breakfast delicious with gluten free / vegan choices. What really makes Moxy special is the amazing staff team - everyone is so friendly & helpful! Special thanks to lovely Alessandro the complimentary breakfast was really appreciated - I’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel is in a great location - with the Ostbahnhof station a 1-2 minute walk away and the nearest U Bahn station (on the line to Alexanderplatz) is a brisk 5 minute walk away. Though the hotel is very close to the station, the rooms are really quiet. Good soundproofing! The rooms are simple, functional but perfectly comfortable. The staff are very friendly and despite what it says on the Booking.com listing, you can check-in 24/7 which was great for us as our flight from the UK was delayed and we didn’t land until 11pm. The main lobby is also the lounge, bar and eating area. There are complimentary hot drinks (tea, coffee etc) and some pastries (small croissants and danishes) on offer but the breakfast looks great and was very reasonable. The bar is fantastic - lots of games and books to use and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There’s a complimentary drink when you check-in - which is a very welcome treat after travelling all day. I completely love every Moxy I’ve stayed in, and this one did not disappoint. Would thoroughly recommend.

The price was really great, but we managed to book the hotel through the Black Friday offer so it was a bit lower than usual. Location is excellent - you have the Ostbahnhof nearby which is your connection to the whole city. Alternatively, you have the bus station right in front of the hotel if you decide to ride through the city, not under it. Staff is extremely nice, and the lounge filled with board games is nice touch. Also, you have the option to make coffee and tee free of charge 24h a day.

Well, there are few things. First, and that is my personal preference, I like to have water heater and instant coffee / tea in the room at my disposal. Few picture were a bit misleading where it looks like this is the part of the room amenities, but it is not. If you need to work in this hotel, don't bother because glass table is ultra small and the chair is not suitable for longer sitting. Also, the bathroom is nice and clean but very small so bigger persons will have problems using the shower. That being said, I will say that value for money was good, but would it be regular and not Black Friday price, maybe I would consider few more options.
