Superb location of the hotel, everything was practically at our doorstep - great food options, shopping street, the Zoo, different entertainment and all of the public transport options. Staff was very helpful and kind. The facilities are modern and well kept, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Just small details - the windows in living room were surprisingly small and it felt way too dim. The sofa bed is extremely squeaky. On Saturday night the club accross the steeet had exceptionally loud party - not the hotels fault of course, but something to consider if staying over weekend.

The staff was extremely polite, competent, and overall extremely helpful. The cleaners and all of the receptionists were exceptional. Super location. Nice and quiet rooms.

There is a nice spot in the bathroom for a washing machine and another nice spot in the kitchenette for a dishwasher. With 2 children, who wear multiple clothes per day and use multiple dishes, it would be great if these 2 items could be added to the superior loft appartments. Then the flat would be perfect for a family stay of 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, it's a great apartment.

I double checked twice before booking the room with booking.com to ensure that the breakfast was included in the price. When I got the final booking confirmation, the breakfasts were not included. Also confirmed by the hotel. So booking.com advertised breakfast included (I also had a filter for hotels with breakfast included), I paid the price that should have included the breakfast but had to pay again for them at the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. issue with booking.com.

A perfect location at the Ku'damm metro station. A nice renovated building, with spacious rooms, high ceilings. Good choice for a family stay. Good choice of food at the breakfast. A nice terrace in the garden.

The doors to the room do not provide enough sound isolation. A kitchenette in the room is a useful feature, but no dishwasher. Parking is too small, one might not get a free parking lot when arrived. Still, a large parking just across the street is twice cheaper and has plenty of free space.

Sauna and steam room was excellent and open from 5-10pm every night. Beds and bedding were really comfortable. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and had a high ceiling. It is right next door to a tube station and very near Zoologischer Garten tube and rail station.

Gym was a little sad - no view and relatively poor selection of equipment with nothing to look at, like a TV or monitor. There are very few nice bars and non-chain restaurants nearby - I felt I needed to travel to other places in the city for entertainment, but transport connections are good.

Comfortable. Good facilities. Lift. Breakfast. Other light meals when required. Well situated for the traveller who is still mobile.

More our issue than the hotel’s: if you can’t walk too far due to physical constraints, visiting sights becomes an issue. And one doesn’t want to have to rely on taxis and hire cars all the time. Waking or biking the city is the ideal.

The lofts are very spacious and the kitchen and dining area a bonus. Twice the space of a standard room but not double the price! Location is very close to 3 types of frequent and efficient public transport.

Air conditioning didn't heat the room much. (February 2025) V. Cold in Berlin. Reception did provide us with 2 x portable heaters

Nice spacious room, and very clean. Great location and would stay again.

Lighting in the room could be improved. Too dark, needs general increase in lighting options and also bedside lights, couldn't have only one side of the bed light on without the other side. This was not great when one person wanted to go to sleep and other still needed light on.

Building has character, location is good, nice lobby, nice bathroom, clean neat room with high ceilings. Very comfortable bed 👍🏻

Lack of power sockets suitable for charging by the bed on both sides and all around the room. Most of the socket are for lamps for low energy and lighting grouping is a bit weird in the room. Kitchen area and the sitting area works together which is not fine

The loft was spacious, modern, and clean. Housekeeping services even did our washing up for us which was great! The beds were comfy (including the sofa bed) - overall, a great stay especially given the good location (about 7 minute walk from Zoologischer Garten station which links to multiple lines). The sauna was also a hit.

Unfortunately, we were hoping for 2 separate rooms (one bedroom, and one living room with the sofa bed) as we were a group of 4 including 1 couple. This had been depicted on some of the booking.com pictures, but we were only given 1 room (albeit very spacious). There was also no lock on the bathroom door which reduced privacy. Finally, the lack of a do not disturb sign was extremely frustrating and meant housekeeping was waking us up every 20 minutes asking to clean the room.
