The location is amazing. Close to u-bahn and S-bahn stations that connect you to the whole of the city. And many attractions are within walking distance. Two large shopping streets round the corner and plenty of restaurants within the walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are small but well equipped with everything you need. We picked the rooms facing the inner yard and it was relatively quiet. I know that rooms facing the street had some noise issues so for light sleepers I recommend booking ones facing the yard.

Housekeeping and cleaning was not up to standard. The conditioner container in my room got detached and the whole of my stay it had a sticker on saying that it would be ‘repaired tomorrow’. But in the end it was never replaced and empty bottle taken away - I just bought my own conditioner in a nearby store Cleaning was very light touch. Saw a bunch of someone’s hair on the floor when checked in and that hair was still there three days later when we were leaving. So nothing was really cleaned, they just replaced the towels. Water pressure in the shower is weak but otherwise walk in showers were very comfortable.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Radisson Red Hotel. The girls at the reception were not only professional but clearly well-trained in customer service – friendly, efficient, and always helpful. The room was beautifully designed, with lovely artwork that gave it a unique and cozy feel. The coffee was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better – everything was within walking distance. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I would be more than happy to return. Highly recommended!

Superbly comfortable beds, huge double beds. Everything looked new and clean. Location very convenient, if in itself on unattractive large road. Mother's room faced courtyard and was very quiet She had a huge bathroom.

Rooms only had rather gloomy "stylish" lighting. Brighter overall main light would have helped a lot. Our room had skirting boards missing and floor looked a bit grubby as result. No big deal and I pointed this out to reception who apologised but of course couldn't get fixed this quickly. Room facing out to front (main road) rather noisy at night if trying to sleep with window open.

The location was great with easy access to public transport and lot of restaurants and shops around. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and big enough for 3 adults. Breakfast had enough option but occationally the quality was not the best (served f.ex. raw melons one morning).

I booked a room with a sofa bed as suggested for 3 adults. The extra bed/sofa bed was actually an sofa armchair which was not great to sleep in. It was too short and the ”matress” was way too thin. To top it all, there was some kind of steel rod across the ”bed” that poked me on the hips or ribs. Needless to say that getting a good night’s sleep was not possible. Therefore, I would never recommend the junior suite with an extra bed for 3 adults. The extra bed/ sofa armchair is not suitable for kids either.

The hotel is in a good location, near Zoo station and Ku'damm street. It's easy to get to/from the airport by train. Also, there are many transportation options available to get around the city. This hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spotless, comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very kind and available for any questions. We got an upgrade, due to the problem with one window and soundproofing in the room we were originally given. Recommendations for this hotel, we would like to stay here again.

The room we were originally given (street view, third floor) had a problem with the window, we couldn’t close it, so there was noise from the street during the night. With the understanding of the staff, the next day we got another room, with an upgrade at no extra charge. Keep in mind that the neighborhood and the street where the hotel is located are busy, so I recommend choosing rooms facing the courtyard.

The hotel has a hippy funky feeling with beautiful décore and art. Modern with everything working, not expensive but doesn’t feel cheap. An amazing staff, very friendly and caring that the guests enjoy. Very ready to propose ideas and help. Very accessible as the AirPort Express buss stop in like 500 meters away and the two main subways (S and U) stations are also very close. Big malls, restaurants, cafes and bars are working distance. An excellent value for money

The room was very clean, good space for hanging clothes, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checkout is at noon and they store luggage for you after that without charge. The breakfast buffet was good enough. It covered a wide range including cooked and continental items. There wasn’t a huge selection eg there were only cornflakes, Frosties or muesli. There wasn’t a great selection of pastries but there were different types of bread and various savoury biscuits. The coffee machine had different types of coffee but all came out looking and tasting the same. The dinner menu isn’t large although the chef offered to make us variations on it but was limited by the available ingredients, eg he couldn’t offer regular fries only sweet potato fries. The portions of pasta were very small and expensive for the price. Mine was a little lukewarm when it arrived. The room as hot and the air con didn’t cool it down adequately. There was a lot of traffic noise as it’s on a busy street - could do with triple glazing or similar to combat that. It’s very near transport options - overground trains, underground and buses and other places to eat.

Good location in the heart of West Berlin. Lovely reception, bar, outdoor seating area and breakfast area! The rooms are well equipped and very stylish. Great value for money for the price I paid. I believe this was lower as hotel just reopened and not all facilities yet complete. The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor seating area was also extremely comfortable! Overall well done on the refurbishment. It looks fantastic!

The lift could have been updated with the refurbishment. It doesn’t really fit the new style. The exterior could have been updated to to fit the Radisson Red brand standards. In a city like Berlin having an all Red facade might be worth considering for brand recognition going forward to make people turn heads. The service was great in the bar and all staff I ecotoured were friendly for Berlin standards, although not as friendly and as customer focused as Radisson properties in the UK.

-) The decoration and design of the room were quite contemporary and nice. -) The location is just off the Ku'Dmm which is perfect for visiting tourist places. -) The breakfast quality for what they provided was great. -) The complimentary bottle of wines when check-in to the room was a great bonus.

-) The cleaning and room service was not done quite on time. At one occasion we were back at 2:00pm and just the cleaning started. -) It seems the room service not on every occasion they do, covers the floor cleaning. Also, once I was passing in the corridor and realized the used and fresh towels were almost not well-separated in the containers. -) From quality point of view of the shampoo and body gels, I believe, the supplier need to be reconsidered. -) As I stated the quality of the breakfast for what they provided, was great. However, in terms of "variety" it could be slightly better. e.g. Having mushrooms beside scrambled eggs, hot porridge, ..., etc.

Basic nothing special, when I’ve got in I was surprised to see a wall paper with a Chinese guy wearing a princess crown wtf 🤷‍♂️ right a the small reception behind the desk , is this maybe a gay hotel ? I hope not anyway o won’t be back this place again , staf very friendly helping with everything 100% , I was in Radisson Budapest a week ago and got the best of all worlds , didn’t get that in Berlin at Red Radisson not even close , there was waiting a bottle of red wine in the room and was a water kettle and some cops witch was nice , 👍

Warning for parking is to steep and narrow and on the way in i scraped the front lip of my M8 , my fault of course that I drove in , then I noticed a public garage parking across the street that you should use if you’re taking this hotel and the chineze princes don’t bother you on the wall paper , again everyone that work there was very friendly and helpful and I can say thanks to them it’s just not convenient for me , the lift is taking forever because that’s only one so I ended taking the stairs
