The staff were top class customer service professionals, I felt really priviledged and all our requests were handled swiftly and professionally. The hotel itself and the surroundings were really nice and location was really convinient regarding to public traffic.

The utensils in the kitchen were far too large to stove top ( it took ages for water even reach to boil) and the teflon surface on kettles and pans totally ruined. We requested proper kettle but got nothing. The only knife in kitchen utensils was a fruit knife. So basically you were not able to cook even simple meals, just prepare breakfast, salads or warm ready-made meals. The level of the cleaning in the rooms was not nearly as good as you would expect in a 4 star hotel, the rooms were stainy and there was a pungeant smell of a cheap detergent. We had to every time request more towels, as they did not bring them enough to our company.

Location was good, though very pricey to travel from the airport and return. I thought it had free airport taxi when we booked it but we did not get any instructions so we booked one ourselves. 100 euros for travelling to and from the airport which we felt was pricey on top of the hotel accommodation cost. We booked a studio with sofa bed. Very small but did the job. the sofa bed was really uncomfortable though. Very clean accommodation. The spa and pool was very peaceful.

The TV did not have any English channels with the exception of Sky News. This limited our stay in the apartment as we could not understand the German TV. I would suggest putting more alternative channels for those who like to relax in front of a TV when they have been touring all day.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a family birthday. When we arrived we were a bit early but we were able to check in at reception and afterwards went to the bar for a drink. Whilst sat there about half an hour later the man that checked us in came over with our keys and said our apartment was ready. Very lovely of them as it was still before check in time! Hotel was so clean and really well presented, the staff couldn’t be more attentive and were willing to help with any requests or questions we had. Shout out to Lisa for making the best espresso martinis. We highly recommend having a drink at the bar. The apartment itself was perfect and spacious, lovely sized en suites and great facilities. The location to places was easy or a quick metro ride, with a short walk to the shopping district and I would highly recommend the tapas and Italian restaurants just up the street less than a 5 min walk. Fantastic. I would highly recommended this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

I had another fantastic stay at this hotel, where the staff are incredibly friendly and the location is perfect. This isn’t my first visit and I’ve already booked my next stay. I really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of reserving a parking spot for a person with a disability.

The only downside was the sofa bed in the living room, which wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. However, the team went above and beyond by providing extra mattresses, making sure it was as comfortable as possible.

We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it exceeded expectation. The location was perfect as we didn’t realise just how big Berlin was and 5 minutes walk around the corner were many shops, restaurants, bars etc. it made this part of our trip feel a bit more ‘connected’ to a village feel when Berlin isn’t like that. The staff were helpful, the bonus was the absolute tranquility our apartment provided overlooking trees and a very quiet side street and there wasn’t one single noise over our 4 day stay and we had the windows wide open and that included a Saturday night stay. Bliss ! I would say the pool, spa and sauna was the selling point for me and they offer the facilities child free between 8-11pm. Noted the pool is not heated though. The bar downstairs is lovely and there is a supermarket minutes away on the same street. You can also walk to a handful of restaurants in minutes. We booked the 4 hour Potsdam tour - not to be missed and the operator left a short 5 minute walk from the hotel which was awesome. The rain head shower was fabulous. Included a deep bath tub / shower in the second bathroom. If I came back to Berlin I would book here again - no question.

Amazing breakfast, great recreational area with well equipped gym, pool, sauna, turkish bath. Very friendly staff, great online system for ordering and information. Not too pricy. It's a hotel, but I stayed in an apartment that had all amenities, including washing machine and microwave oven...

The air in the room was a bit stuffy, the bed is tucked away behind a wall in a semi-room that doesn't have windows.

Having the space of 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The Christmas Eve dinner was superb. The staff were very helpful and the lobby and bar area inviting. The location was good for shopping.

The kitchen fittings were all a bit tired. The washer/dryer didn’t dry the clothes and the dishwasher took ages to run and also didn’t clean or dry the items very well. The smell of smoking from other rooms permeated the air in our room and always in the corridor. The piano in lobby was not playable which was a shame!

We had a warm welcome. The hotel was very calm and stylish and lovely to come back to after a busy day in Berlin. My parents and I (3 adults) shared a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment and this was perfect for us. There was a lot of storage which would be really useful in the winter and the apartment was well equipped. We were very comfortable. The beds were nice, there was air conditioning, black out blinds and great showers. The breakfast was very nice with a wide selection and friendly staff. An added bonus was that they had pasteis de nata due to being a Portuguese hotel. We went to the bar and had tapas one evening and sat in the internal courtyard as it was warm. There were candles and it had a very nice atmosphere. Not far from the hotel is an edeka supermarket where we got a few supplies. It was a convenient location to walk or take the u-bahn to central Berlin or to interconnect with s-bahn. You can take a u-bahn 9 from spichernstrasse (5minute walk) or u-bahn 3 from ausberger strasse (2minute walk). You can also walk to tiergarten in around 25 minutes via a variety of routes. With the u-bahn it is about 20 minutes to the Centre. We were very happy with the location. Berlin is quite busy and it was really nice to come back to this hotel in the evening. I asked the hotel to help celebrate my parents anniversary and they arranged a very nice treat in our room with a very kind note. The hotel assisted us with a few requests and everyone was very helpful and kind. Thanks everybody!

The hotel breakfast was expensive, so we used the kitchen in our apartment to keep breakfast and snack foods. One reason why the 2-bedroom apartment is so great for families is that is has 2 bathrooms: one with a shower/tub combo, and one with just a shower. The location of the hotel was good. It is about a 5-minute walk to a Metro stop, and you can get to the Brandenburg Gate area within a half hour. There were some supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

The only aspect of the room that didn’t fully fulfill our expectations was the AC. There was air conditioning, but there was no in-room control of it. Much of the time we were comfortable in the apartment. However, DH and I felt like our room was a bit stuffy at night: we opened our window and were fine. That was our experience on pretty pleasant days in Berlin: most of the time we were there, temps were in the 70s. It remains an open question whether the A/C would have kicked out more cold air on hotter days.
