The hotel is near to metro and bus stop. The hotel room is clean and staff are good.

There is no phone in the room. So if you want to order or have any issues, you need to go to reception to say it. It’s pretty outdated. After 11pm, the outside door is closed. So you need to ring the bell so that the reception person opens the door. But If the person is not available then you are stuck outside. The hotel card does not work either even though they say it opens the gate. So in case of emergency it’s a bad sign. They need to improve it as we and some other people waited for 5 mins before the reception persons opened the gate.

Really nice staff, clean, comfy, breakfast was very good/varied (crazy value for the money ;) ). Went there for the AC DC concert and as it turned out, the hotel was packed with AC DC fans :) Night shift + 24/7 bar was really nice.

The parking is 20 EUR/day, with a daily (not hourly) rate, which means that if you park for 26 hours, you'll end up paying 40 EUR. 20 EUR/day is a bit on the expensive side (imo), given it is a private parking and not shared/rented space in a public long term parking. Fortunately, there are alternatives to cover for a couple of hours (at an hourly rate) in need be, there are a lot of public paid parkings nearby (free over the weekend).

Out slightly of the main city centre , so it was a bit quieter, and in a pleasant part of the city. In walking distance to a subway/tube, and to restaurants, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We liked it all. Not really a problem for us as we used the subway/train, etc, to get to attractions across the other side of the city.where a lot of the attractions are. So if you're not up to using public transport and walking a lot, the location may be a little too far out for those wishing to see some of the main attractions.

The room is clean, comfortable, and modern, with a sofa bed for little kids. Breakfast was good and with a lot of options, and its free for kids. Its located right next to a metro station with a direct connection to the zoo. Overall the location was great.

Its great that they have their own private parking below the hotel, but its small so if you want to go out with your car you run the risk of coming back and not finding an available space anymore. The staff remind you of this, and the fact that you will still have to pay the fee for the parking even if you cant find a space when you return (since you had already made use of the parking space). Because of this we didnt take the car out once we parked it, but i would have liked to use it once or twice because Berlin is quite big and sometimes we wanted to go to some locations not very close to the center.

The hotel is perfectly situated near Berlin zoo which was our main reason for visiting. There are also good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room cleaning wasn't routinely included but easy to ask for more coffee, toilet roll and fresh towels etc when needed. The childs bed wasn't that comfy for a 10 year old so would book a different room next time. Breakfast at a cost was good, there was enough selection and staff were constantly replenishing. Bar was good for evening drinks and it was a nice area to relax after long days exploring. The room was cosy and had all we needed for a great few nights stay. We would visit again. Thankyou

One of our party had a billing issue. His account was debited 4 times the correct amount. This amounted to an overpayment of over £600. The staff could not resolve the issue as they had no record of the overpayment. It was a significant amount and was very worrying and had a financial impact to the individual involved. I believe it took over 7 days to resolve. The staff at the hotel should have been able to resolve this. I hope that Premier Inn compensate the individual involved for the distress caused, the loss of funds in his account, the loss of time resolving the problem.

they had the room ready for us when we arrived and we arrived a little early staff where very cheerful and polite and jolly we had a choice of which floor we would like as there was seven floors we choice the 6 floor it had great view we had breakfast on the last morning and it was fabulous as we was departing till late that day and was able to leave our suitcases in a secure storage until we departed later that day which gave us a day where we could enjoy our last day in berlin then pick our cases up later the hotel bar and the lounge area was clean and tidy the bar staff was very polite and even help us with the german language which I new none but my partner new some but it was nice to learn some better ways of saying things thanks to the staff if I visit berlin again I would definitely choice that hotel again just a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel thank you to all the staff there

Close to u ban station... There is everything you may need around... The team is very friendly and helpful... If you buy breakfast it can be a delicious option. If you're in Berlin, you should know that there are definitely better breakfast options. We had the opportunity to try the hotel breakfast on the last day of our holiday.

We can only say that it is a little far from the center. We had to make a lot of transfers while going to some places. We are pleased that Berlin has many metro and tram lines. It would be nice to have a mini fridge. We prefer split climate control.

Very nice stay, definitely added to my list of Berlin favs! Spacious room, very clean, good mattress. Staff was fantastic and always extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great location, a few steps from the U3 station, walking distance from zoo/KaDeWe/Fuggenstrasse Great brunch options around the hotel, within a 5/10 mins walking radius

Quite frankly was a very good stay, no real problems. An improvement could be to have 24hr vending machines that accept payment other than coins, and at times it appeared a bit understaffed, when the staff had to man bar and reception at the same time, but never even close to being a problem. Toiletries could be improved as well

Clean and new , good location .

There were no toothbrush and toothpaste, breakfast is for 16€ and it really poor.
