I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish! Everything exceeded my expectations – the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Daniella checked me in and she was absolutely lovely – super nice and very helpful, which made me feel instantly welcome. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and much bigger than I expected, especially for a solo traveler. It would be perfect for two people as well. I loved the built-in kitchen, the spacious bathroom, and the handy wardrobe – everything I needed was right there. The location was ideal for exploring the area – not too far from the city center, and the bus station is just about 100 meters away. Despite being well-connected, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated after long days out. I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place where everything just clicks with such price, but this hotel absolutely nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all my friends and family!

We stayed here as my family lives near-by, it helped to be close to them. We enjoyed the small kitchenette which was very useful. We found it funny that the dishes didn't really fit in the dishwasher, but we made it work, overall the rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

There was no air-conditioning in the room and the heating was already working, for people who run warm this was not very comfortable for us, the small window in the room was not enough and considering the area, having the window open was also not ideal. There was also no safe in the room which wasn't a huge problem but you should note.

The appartment was easy reachable with the bus from the main station of Berlin. The appartment was quiet and clean. In de main hall you can also read books and use your Laptop. There was so much to see in and around the neighbourhood of Acora. It was close to Zoological Garten where there was so much to see an to do.

The appartment was a little bit small but it was good enough for two persons. You could only use the laundry with an app on the phone. We were lucky that an other guest could log in and help us. We would appreciate it if there was also a possibility to use coins. We miss a big supermarkt in the emmediate invironment of Acora like an Lidl or an Aldi.

The place matches to the pictures shown in their booking website. The price and quality are affordable. Great location, near public transportation and restaurants. The staff is very responsive and is always available to help. Stephanie accommodated smoothly my stay. She arranged that I could check in early at 01:00p.m. and also to check out one hour later. She supported me as well on the itinerary from Acora hotel to place outside Berlin. So thankful for the service offered and make my stay so memorable.

the breakfast was very good, huge variety of food and beverages. very clean apartment with comfortable beds. the location is also great - only 10-minutes walk to the nearest bus.

the process of check-in was a little bit difficult, we had to go to the reception in a different hotel (which was in the same building) to get the card to enter our apartment - we knew to check this hotel from other customers' reviews, so I think it should be written somewhere in the reservation. there was also no information about where the breakfast was, so we had to go to this different hotel's reception again to get any information - it turned out that the breakfast was in this other hotel. apart from that, everything was fine.

I liked how modern the room and bathroom was. I appreciated the kitchenette. I loved that there was daily housekeeping too. The housekeeping staff were brilliant! The location was great and was quick and easy to get around from.

The room was boiling, so we did appreciate having a fan, although air conditioning would have been much better. Although the kitchenette was well equipped, it would have been nice if they provided a sponge and a couple of dishwasher tablets.

It Was really privat ❤️, Refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher!. A really really fantastic bed. 💤💤💤💤💤💤 No Noise... Large room.

The bath was not so good, If I didn't put towels to stop the water, it would flood the other floor, in the bathroom. Not Good...

Location is not comfortable if one likes to use public transport.There is only one bus stop 245bus to Friedrichstrasse not very close to the hotel.The most communicative place (Ernst Reuter platz)is about 20minutes on foot.The place has no air conditioning which is a big issue even in mid september!It gets really noisy early in the mornings because of the work of the extremely closed auto service building.

The staff is nice, helpful and professional. The location is quiet, not noisy at all... not far from Kudamm and Zoologischer area (connected by bus n. 245) and by metro also. The hotel is very clean and silent...

Payement should be in cash or credit cards... I'm coming from Lebanon where we're facing a banking crisis. Luckily the working staff was very comprehensive and helpful... AC was missed sometimes but with Nord-stream stuff better forget about it for now... 😉

Great as a Studio if you're wanting to buy in groceries and cook for yourself... only thing that's missing is a kettle for tea, coffee and pot noodles.... the fake nespresso is pretty useless. Beds are amazingly comfy btw...

Almost forgot.... totally stupid idea to fix a TV to the wall, 90° from the bed, without it being turnable in any way, shape or form.
