Location is near train and very easy to get everywhere else. Loved the fact that hotel has market on the first floor, restaurant on second and has also gym.

Breakfasts as not included. But it has cafe on the first floor.

First when we arrived, they said the room which we had booked was not available. Because the beds where separated. Then the suggested the suite rooms with bed upstairs. And wanted to charge extra. The is a supermarket downstairs at from which you can buy anything you want, so breakfast is not necesarry. For extra charge you can park easily at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Good secure parking. A very large Supermarket downstairs. Underground station minutes walk away.

The first room we were allocated was a fantastic family room with a room divider, twin beds and a double bed, two bathrooms and two tvs. However the double bed was a sofa bed which was very flimsy and noisy in our opinion. We were given another room with 4 proper beds, all very comfortable but it was a down graded room. We were given an apology and a gift basket which was lovely. The restaurant doesn’t offer kids meals so as we arrived in Berlin late at night on a Sunday we didn’t have any other choice and this was a problem trying to get something to eat before bed. The location is a little far out but the underground station is very close.

The breakfast buffet was well done. They had fresh squeezed orange juice and carrot ginger shots available. They had a great waffle station that my 8 year old would look forward to every morning. When we checked in the sofa bed for my 16 year old had already been set up in bed form. So this was nice especially after a long day of travel. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. There is a supermarket on the ground floor where we were able to buy snacks for our boys and water. (Beautiful supermarket). The U train was just a block away for ease of transportation.

Breakfast was nice and fresh orange juice and food and the staff at the breakfast was always really nice. Hotel room was very clean, quiet and bed was comfy. It was easy to take the nearby train to the city centre. Breakfast had options such as fresh orange juice, fruits, pretzels and omelettes.

A bit poor customer service at the check-in. The breakfast was a bit too focused on ''English breakfast'' :( If you are a vegan, there is basically only few options for you to eat. Fresh coffee would be a nice deal what especially travelers from the Nordic countries would appreciate, as the coffee machine's coffee was very very bad :(

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Something for everyone’s taste. Spacious five-story parking lot, with the fifth floor connecting directly to the reception. A very convenient hotel if you’re traveling by car. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are conveniently close, making it easy to get around the city.

Some rooms face the street, while others overlook the indoor courtyard with a view of the reception. I’ve stayed at the hotel twice, and I preferred the room with windows facing the street – it had more natural light.

A really fabulous hotel with an amazing and modern reception area and rooms. The room layout was spacious and comfortable. Room was cleaned and replenished every day which was great. Very close to Birkenstraße U stop which was convenient. Also really liked having a super market on the bottom floor which was very handy!

Unfortunately in the upstairs section of the suite the air conditioning didn’t work. We reported this on arrival and the maintenance team came to look at it but it still was very hot upstairs.

What we appreciated: Quick check-in, checkout, comfortable, spacious room with well-utilized, yet spacious spaces. Generous equipment, comfortable beds, immaculate cleanliness. The design was reminiscent of a luxury yacht, with restrained colors and elegant lines. Despite the hotel's central location, it has great, quiet rooms. The proximity of the subway and the huge supermarket was also important to us. We arrived in the heatwave, and were welcomed with chilled water and the well-functioning air conditioning. The staff were helpful and polite. The care that covers even the smallest details makes you feel the attention to serving the needs of the guests in all means. Thank you again, staff! All of the above mentioned made our two days in Berlin a great experience. We hope to be back soon!

The room was perfect for us, very clean and tidy. I liked the idea of having the choice of housekeeping daily, we opted not to have the staff clean our room daily. As we very rarely drink alcohol or fizzy drinks - would have preferred to have a coffee or tea in the lounge instead, We stayed in a hotel in London a month before Berlin and they kindly gave us that option. All staff we engaged with were superb, loved the breakfast choice. As eat a lot of fruit we did take some to our room - apologies for that. Great that the supermarket was so close. We will be back to stay in this hotel as it is only 10 mins from our sons flat - he lives in Berlin.

Room was very far from the lift, I have health issues at present so it was difficult at times . This is our fault for nor asking for one nearer - when we next stay will request this option. We will try out the gym on our next visit with regret we did not note this was there until we returned home

Located near the tube station and above a supermarket which made picking up items really easy and convenient. The area was quiet but plenty of places to dine. Really appreciated that they were able to accommodate an early check in when we arrived. The bar is nice. We did not eat in the restaurant. I Loved the vending machines outside our room with wine, beer and spirits.

Very convenient from a public transportation perspective and only 15-20 minutes to where we wanted to go to see the usual tourist stuff. The vending machine did not accept credit cards.
