Nice and beautiful hotel just what you would expect from a Marriot line of great places. Location next to the train and metro stations, people always look for places close to the action, with the stations so close you really don't have to be worried about being a little bit far from the center. Located in an area of Arabic influence which by the way, eat on those small joints and you will love the food, one of the best meals that I had during the 28-day trip thru Frankfurt - Prague - Berlin - Amsterdam - Paris - Luxembourg - Barcelona.

Great hotel in an excellent location, close to a main train station which can get you around the whole city. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was good with a nice shower.

Our sink was broken and the plug drain wouldn't pop up so the sink would fill with water. When we told reception they came and just drained the water but didn't fix the sink so we still couldn't use it and had to use the shower to wash hands, brush teeth ect. Not a huge problem for us cause we were only there for a few days but would have been annoying if we were there longer.

Wow! What a great stay. Super friendly staff, spacious and specklessly clean room, good breakfast. The location was perfect for us, just opposite a little park, but not Berlin's hippest neighbourhood so I deducted one point - but it is still very well-connected and all sights are easy enough to reach! We made use of the parking space offered: Parking spaces near the hotel are otherwise like hens' teeth, so we were very grateful for that. We normally prefer small, boutique style hotels; but we really enjoyed our stay here and will surely be returning.

There was nothing not to like.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Alasan, deserves an award he was so amazing. I did not come for holiday but to help my daughter settle in Berlin for her studies. Alasan, was just so helpful, he helped us with how to get around, where to go for things we needed. Every evening he cared enough to find out how everything went. He really went far and beyond to help us and he was so patient with us. I am so eternally grateful to him. We will definitely come back to your hotel with service like that.

Rooms were clean, however there was a slip up here and there. Coffee sugar and milk were not replenished, so we had to physically go downstairs to ask. They forgot to supply us with clean towers when used ones were taken, we left message downstairs and they were not replenished, until we physically collected the.

This is a great hotel for a city break stay in Berlin. It’s very well connected to everything and is easily accessible from the airport (just take the DB line from Flughafen BER → Gesundbrunnen Bhf), only takes about 30 mins. Gesundbrunnen station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel which gives you lots of options to get to the sights and other areas of the city. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, the decor was lovely and the room was very spacious. There is a full sized hair dryer, an iron/ironing board and a coffee machine. The bathroom is amazing, full sized walk in shower and the shampoo/conditioner was actually usable! The bed was comfy and the aircon was easy to use. The staff were friendly and helped us with our check in when we arrived. We were also upgraded to a larger room which was fantastic.

There was a glitch with our door where we had to manually stop the lock from sticking out, so we could lock it (we forgot to report this and it was a minor inconvenience).

Very close to train station. Very good personnel, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and quite good options for eveyone. Especially Mr. Berk from Restaurant was brilliant and he really took good care of us. Special thanks for Berk and their chief for beautiful eggs, omelettes, bread and so on… they made us feel like at home.

We did not like the neighbourhood which the hotel is located.

Loved this hotel - very scandi design interiors with wood in the dining area and the bedroom suite. Izabella looked after us in reception - giving us great recommendations on places to hang out and dine. The location was very accessible with the train/u-bahn station a stroll away - easy access to both airport station and getting into the city centre (used the BVG app). A great selection for breakfast too.

Bar closed early - we went to Moby next door on Monday night.

The big reception and outdoor area ver unique. Loved the energy and light. The room space was very good. The closet area ver easy and spacious. The air condition super good.

The staff are very different, some are welcoming and helpful and some are unfriendly. One staff at the reception was very unfriendly and a bit rude called Bernardo. Also the room cleanliness especially the surfaces like countertops were not cleaned properly. The wooden floor was never cleaned properly.

The location was quiet. Room was surprisingly spaceous and quiet. Breakfast was good and provided lots of options. Train options for moving around the city are good.

The shower gel bottle was empty. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were nearly empty. Body lotion bottle looked half used and not replaced after previous room users. Room temperature was oddly hot for the month of March. The location of the hotel is a bit far, ie not within walking distance, from main tourist spots.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street next to a small park. The metro station as well as the city train and railway station are nearby. Next to the station, there is a shopping center and numerous fast food bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfasts are very good.

The beer in the hotel bar could be a bit cheaper 😉
