Shower was amazing

- Room could have been a bit quieter but earplugs worked. There was a running-water sound continuously - they left 3 decaf capsules so I only ever had one coffee I could have - Communication with the hotel was not very smooth via booking, I have asked if possible to have an early check in (message sent 1 day before my arrival) and they have answered 5 days later (basically almost at the end of the stay - Hotel communicates only in German, may be they should have in mind that clients could come from abroad and they would appreciate someone responding to them in English

Location is great.. close to Gesundbrunnen train station..3-4mts... .but be aware on booking.com when you search close to Berlin Central station, this hotel also comes as option.. Big hotel, big reception, decent dining hall with decent breakfast option. Room was decent size not huge. Good Washroom. Staff is also helpful at the reception.

When I wanted to extend another day, the rate was doubled...so I moved to another hotel. Early checkin was 10 Euro per hour....so I spent the time exploring the Rewe Mal 100 steps away and it was worth it. Rewe Mall is great place to get everything you need..we bought our meals from there.

- Questionable service at reception desk. Please do not offer people who intensionally booked a room with 2 separate beds a room with a single bed. There were no instructions on how to use the safe box. The person at the reception didn’t know either, and although it was promised that the technician would come immediately, he only arrived the next day. - There was only cold water in the sink tap. Fortunately, there was hot water in the shower.

Really nice hotel, the stuff was very polite, overall a good experience.

The heat was too much some times, couldn't figure out the ac system.

We didn't get anything in the mini bar, the sauna doesn't exist any more, although they have it on Booking. com page included, you should update that. I would have booked somewhere else with more amenities.

Ocak is by now my go-to option whenever I have to stay in Berlin. I live in the Northern part of Germany and trains to-from my home bases depart/arrive in Gesundbrunnen. So no matter if I need to just sleep for one night to catch an early plane the day after (from BER) or if I need to stay in Berlin for anything else... Ocak is always my first option.

No complains. I tend not to get breakfasts at hotels, and I never dined at the hotel's restaurant, so I cannot say anything about that... everything else, I am more than happy with.

Not far from the Gesundbrunnen station. Bed is comfy, hair dryer is good.

Our room is tidied almost everyday but they never filled the soap that's finishing (We had to go downstairs at night to get some soap fillers ourselves). Would be great if they could have laundry machine to use. Other than that, it's all good.

Near the tram station just 5 mins walking, location is good, room is very clean

The stuff was not helpful specially the guy at night in the reception didn’t help me when i asked for a fork or spoon and the air conditioner was not working well. He kept saying im in the reception only, i guess he can’t speak English well but still he didn’t help.

Convenient location if you are traveling from Gesundbrunnen station. Just 5 minutes from the station and a large shopping center. The room is comfortable. Generally normal

For some reason there were paper boxes from the bath set but they were empty. The wifi signal is weak. There are some bugs in the bath. The coffee cups were not washed.
