With a name like "4Youth", I expected the property to be one step away from being a youth hostel. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful to find that it was the opposite. It was a nice, clean and simple hotel that seemed to mainly accommodate guests in the 30/40+ age range - which was a relief as I was expecting a lot of noise and disruption, which wasn't the case at all. I had a great breakfast each morning, a comfortable and a clean room, and I enjoyed the great location (both in terms of being in a nice neighbourhood but also in terms of being fairly central and close to most things of interest). The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I would gladly stay there again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family without hesitation.

Of course nowhere is perfect, but given all things considered, I can't really think of anything to change. Perhaps it would be nice to have a kettle in the room, or a hot drink vending machine on site - but that's pretty much the only change I would make.

The hotel itself is in the walking distance from many major attractions like Bay area and Chinatown. It's very stylish and clean: no dirt or mold in the corners. The apartment itself was in very good condition: furnitures, amenities and everything else was new and didn't bear the signs of age or heavy use. Among these you get a free umbrella: a thoughtfull decision if you visit the city during rainy season.

- No microwave in the apartment itself. - The cleaning service is thorough and kind, however there was no one specific time they were coming, making our schedule harder to adjust so that we won't interfere with the cleaning.

We really liked the location of the hotel , the tram station was literally outside of it and we could easily travel anywhere. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms,satisfying breakfast and early check in that was awesome.Shout out to the night receptionist Gregor who was the only one that was actually willing to help us with recommendations and happy to assist us. The only reason to come back would be him and the location of the hotel.

We did not like the attitude of the ladies over the reception. We paid mostly by card all the time but when these two were together they wanted us to pay by card only up to a specific amount. Unfortunately I don’t remember the names but I remember that one of them was wearing her sunglasses on top of her head all the time. Also if you want to travel in the early summer keep in mind that the hotel does not have AC so you have to rent a fan and open the window by which comes a lot of noise. Furthermore it would be nice to add some ice in the breakfast area in summer season and lastly we had to pay for the one use slippers which was kind of weird for us because in most hotels they are complimentary.

A wonderful hotel in a cozy area of Berlin, easily accessible either on foot from the central train station or by public transport. I loved absolutely everything, from the welcoming and friendly staff to the room itself. Everything was spotless, not a speck of dust – it all literally sparkled. The room was warm and cozy; there was a kettle and a small complimentary treat from the hotel in the form of water and several types of tea and coffee. The kettle was included as well. Breakfast was fairly simple, but everything was delicious.

Top floor room at the corner of the building, plenty of sunlight and nice views, big bathroom and large windows, breakfast buffet was diverse, friendly English-speaking staff, 24-hour reception, dog-friendly, gorgeous location and easy access to public transportation.

Due to the unique position of the room/the sun exposure, it gets extremely warm during the day, so the curtains should be kept closed to keep heat out. The beds are also quite firm - this is more of a personal preference, but I found it difficult to sleep as it was uncomfortable for me.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even when we arrived late. The building was modern, the rooms were cozy and well-heated for December in Germany, and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options in a beautifully decorated and cozy setting. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Max-Schmeling-Halle, which made everything easy and convenient. We’d happily stay here again!

The staff keep messing with the main water faucet in my room, so every time I arrive, only very hot water was working... Then I had to turn the main faucet of the room every time (despite a sign that say not to mess with it) in order to have cold or decently temperature water. Also, the elevator stop working in the middle of the week, and despite the staff saying it was only for one day, by the end of the week, the issue was still not solved

Room was clean and well presented, similar layout to a UK Premier Inn. Don't let the name put you off, we thought it sounded like a youth hostel! Plenty of hot water and shower was decent. We liked the breakfast, plenty of continental choice, always being refreshed. Location is great, the M10 tram stops just outside and a 5 minute walk to the U-bahn. Staff is friendly, arranged an extra pillow and answered some of our dumb questions. Kettle, teabags and coffee in the room. No milk, just powdered creamer. Good Edeka supermarket an 8-10 minute walk. Would definitely return, thank you!

Only one bottle of water supplied on the first night, not replenished for our next 3 nights. Minor issue.

Although I arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in time, it was great that my room was ready. Also, getting to the Hauptbahnhof is very easy with the tram right across from the hotel. U-bahn is also within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of products at breakfast was sufficient.

The room size was small but acceptable for solo travelers and short trips. There was no safe box, mini bar, kettle and air condition in the room.
