The room was clean, and the furniture was in good condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and good for cooking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

One downside was that the room’s lighting was limited to just a single lamp under the bed, which isn’t ideal if you plan to work remotely. Additionally, using the shared bathroom and toilet could be inconvenient—if you’re not lucky enough to have one nearby, having to go through a corridor at night to reach the toilet can be quite annoying.

This hostel would have to be one of the best we've stayed in. Clean, comfortable and modern decor. The room was spacious with views over the street. So quiet. Hardly heard any of the other guests. The shared bathroom facilities were awesome: several separate bathrooms on each floor. The kitchen was fantastic, with every room having a plastic container for the fridge. Free coffee and tea selection. And great common areas to relax in. Very close to trams (literally across the road), with lots of food options nearby. Really wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

We were upgraded on check-in from a twin room with shared bath to the studio apartment which was great. The desk guy let us store our bags when we arrived early and sent a whatsapp when the room was ready. Beds are rather too soft and narrow but otherwise very little to complain about. Good space, we appreciated the laundry and kitchen facilities (didn't cook). Terrific location in an atmospheric and pleasant neighborhood. An easy walk to great food and transport to the rest of Berlin. Would happily stay again.

The beds were super soft and a bit narrow. My back hurt by the end of our stay. Replace the beds and this place would be fabulous. Some might mind walking up to the fourth floor but we didn't. The floors are noisy in the hostel but the studio is located in a separate stairwell so you don't hear them at all within.

Located in a beautiful neighbourhood with tram stop right out the front door and an UBahn around 6min walk away. You get private rooms for a hostel price which is crazy to me. They have a few separate toilets and showers each floor so u would never have to wait for anything. Everything I walked in the bathrooms it feels like no ones ever used it, its so very clean.

No lifts so maybe a bit inconvenient if you have more luggage, but small price to pay 😊

The room was very clean and kept well. Bathrooms were kept stocked and clean throughout our stay as well. The kitchen area was very nice and spacious and so was the community room.

The location is an hour walk, quite far, from the train station as well as many tourist spots. Public transportation was readily accessible, but it was hard to get around as someone who doesn't speak German. Staff pointed out some tourist spots and where they were located, but just told us to figure it out.

I never expect a lot from hostels but this one was beyond my expectations for sure! Such a clean, nice and comfortable place to stay! The location was great, only a 40-minutes walk to the city centre, and trust me, it is a short walk, especially after living in Canada/US. The bathrooms were clean and regularly refreshed. The other roommates were adhering to the rules and “quiet time” which made our stay safe and enjoyable. Thanks to the staff for being nice! Highly recommend this place!

Cool neighborhood, reasonable restaurants, good bakery and cafes Clean kitchen

No double bed only twin beds Only one bathroom had soap. The bathroom has soap didn't have toilet paper and the bathroom has toilet paper didn't have soap. Closing the door in hallway made laud noise. I did online check-in before but I had to do again at the reception (like writing my passport number) so you don't have to do it before.

Clean straightforward hostel. Easy to get to on public transport and then easy to get to the city center and attractions. Good sized rooms and useful facilities in the kitchen. Wifi was strong.

The remote check in was straightforward. However staff are only on site briefly in the afternoon. It is more like a serviced apartment with communal area than a traditional hostel. We needed to speak to the staff about something to do with our payment and they said they were only available between 3 and 5 in the afternoon, obviously when we were out and about doing activities. We were able to sort it out eventually, but there was a lot of back and forth with messages. It says on their booking.com page that the reception is open until 9pm, but that was not the case and should probably be amended.

The staff were VERY helpful and kind. A man helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. It would have been terrible to do on my own. The room was cozy and it was nice to have shelf and drawer space. The bathrooms are plentiful so you never have to wait to do your business or wash up.

The walls are thin so you can hear conversations and other things that happen in the rooms next to and above you. There was construction happening in the hallway besides mine. It would have been helpful to let us know beforehand.

I loved the location! You’re in the heard of an excellent foodie neighbourhood, close to public transportation. Good kitchen space and felt very secure! Would recommend if you’re going in a group or if you’re solo and know to make other plans for meeting people!

The rooms are very functional. My solo room reminded me of university dorm room. Which, while fine, could have a few added additions like a smaller lamp, a carpet beside the bed… the curtains should also be wider as it is easy to see into the rooms from the street (hopefully this was just my room!). While it has the title of a hostel, it is more of a between a hostel and a hotel. The staff, while kind, is there for very limited hours a day, and there are not many offerings listed for activities.
