Lovely building in a superb location! So many lovely restaurants and coffee bars in the Oderberger strasse! We love Prenzlauerberg! Good beds, great shower, spacious and well equiped! Very good value for money.

We had an appartment at the front of the building. It tends too be a bit noisy early in the morning around 6 am when a new day starts, so if you’re not used to this city vibe, be aware. Appartment was a bit smelly after previous tennants cooked there I think. After opening the windows for a while it was gone, but not very inviting when you enter the first time.

A very nice apartment that was exactly as described. Hosts Simon and Franca were very easy to communicate with, answered all questions and went above and beyond when we needed extra items. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms very large and spacious. The kitchen was small but equipped for basic needs. Loved the "bio" grocery store on the corner and so many restaurants in the area. Quick walk to the metro and a larger grocery store. Also right beside remnants of the wall and outdoor photo gallery.

Our main complaint is we were woken up every day at 7am by very loud garbage/recycling trucks (the apartment faced the street, which was mostly quiet on weekdays, until the early morning). And a sofa would have been nice (there are many chairs but no good area to sit as a family. For those who care, there is no espresso machine, just a drip coffee machine.

The location was fantastic. Initially we thought it was going to be really noisy as it is directly above an ice cream shop that is constantly busy, I've never seen such a popular shop and across from the fire station but it wasn't at all. The area is really vibrant, lots of eateries. We stayed local and enjoyed one every night. There is also a beer garden just down the road. It's very youthful and lots going on. We struck gold as we knew nothing about it when booking. Beds were comfy. Check in and out really easy.

The decoration wasn't really to my taste. It's vintage eclectic verging on granny... especially the living room suite.

This is a very spacious apartment in a convenient location. Once we got oriented, we were able to take advantage of the various nearby trams. The kitchen is well-equipped and very attractive. The rooms are large. There was a balcony to sit on. We wanted to leave our luggage after check-out time to do additional sight-seeing before our late afternoon flight, and the host was very accommodating. A grocery store was in easy walking distance. There were several nearby restaurants to choose from. Having 2 bathrooms (the 2nd one doesn't have a shower) was a plus. And, the apartment has a washer!

Not being apartment dwellers, we weren't sure if we were at the right place when we arrived (no name of the apartment above the door). Our Bolt driver had limited English, and so we were hoping he dropped us off at the right spot! A minor thing - the door on the 2nd bedroom would not stay open, nor would it close properly.

Great choice for a longer stay in Berlin, so one can have a little bit of home experience. In summary - charming interior, peaceful atmosphere, and amazing ice cream in the same building. Simon and Franca were wery kind and helpful. Apartment was well equipped. Close neighbourhood offers everything one can need, supermarkets, restaurants, park, public transport. Highly recommend! I hope to return :)

Maybe one thing I missed was a desk with proper chair when I was working.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to parks and many places to eat nearby. Theres also a bonus of being 3 feet away from an ice cream store. Check in was super easy, the apartment was pretty clean and it was super considerate that the property managers left some items that I found very useful during my stay (coffee liners and laundry detergent). Overall I really enjoyed my stay at brilliant apartments and would highly recommend to those visiting Berlin.

Would have loved if you are able to cast your phone to the tv, as all the channels are naturally in German.

We really enjoyed staying in this funky little studio apartment on delightful tree-lined Oderberger Strasse. A gorgeous, stylish and compact space, thoughtfully designed and well equipped for our 6 night stay. Absolutely love the vibrant Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhood, full of cool shops and fabulous places to eat. Close to the park and the Wall walking trail. Easy access to transport for getting around this truly amazing city.

No air con during a period of extreme heat. But a fan helped!

The apartment was spacious and and comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine ( which we did not use). We happened to be staying during a bank holiday weekend, and although the local food store which was 2 minutes walk away was closed for part of our stay, there were many restaurants and cafes in the streets near the apartment which were open.

Really our one bedroom apartment was great. There as one sofa to sit on, and we would have found an extra armchair useful.

Elegant old building, outstanding location in buzzy Prenzlauerberg, near key public transportation. The apartment was quiet, roomy and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful.

Could not keep the curtains open as there was scaffolding and work in progress outside. Could not get the faucet open to fill a bath tub - assume this was intentional to save water. Elevator only stops at odd-numbered floors. Facility office has very limited hours.

The property is amazing, very cool and trendy, the decor is so nice. Spacious and very clean.

There wasn’t anything, it worked for us completely. Having 1 bathroom was a little harder work but I aslong as you are happy with one bathroom it is definitely a place I would recommend. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Berlin. The property is not in the centre of Berlin so you do have to use public transport to get to any sights but that is expected of most cities. This place however was in a really cool part of Berlin with bars and restaurants right outside your door.
