Comfortable, very clean, and good value for money. The female receptionist was approachable and very helpful.

One small thing- On the first night, I was provided with 2 x pillows and 2 x duvets. 1 of these sets was removed during the 2nd day, I assume that it's because I was a dole occupant. I need 2 pillows to sleep, and the other duvet made it cosier. I wouldn't have thought twice had these not been provided initially, but as they were, I'm unsure why they were removed.

Inside the entry the rooms and facilities are fresh and modern- recently renovated. The area has lots of multi- cultural eating spots and drinking spots with good food. Only a five minute walk to nearest station. Lots of green spaces in the area.

Nothing disliked. It was even nicer than we anticipated. The 24 hour technical check- in worked well , guiding you through it.

We liked the fact, that there was practically no staff. We could enter all hotel and room doors via a website-key and sould also park our car at the inside parking. Breakfast was very nice.

Room was a bit small, but clean and practical. No AC. Sliding doors for toilets are not the most pleasant ones.

Curtains did not do a good job at blocking sun out, so I was awake at 4:30 when the sun rose. Next time I'll pack an eye mask Single room very small but not too bad for my purposes

I liked the fact that you didn't have to speak or to interact with any human being in order to access your room, thanks to the fully online procedure (go through it on their website on your own device before arrival instead of on the big clunky automat in front of the hotel) The room was very clean and modern, well furnished and quite comfortable, which is awesome for what was at our time one of the cheapest double rooms available in Berlin

Everything was great, the communication with reception could be better, but other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

If there was any major issue, there was nobody to contact, there was a number for reception, the person was busy perhaps and I did not get to connect regarding late check out.

Check in and out was extremely easy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well priced. It was very accessible by the U-bahn and had good spots surrounding it.

We forgot our toothpaste and there were no supplies in or outside of the room in the vending machine for example.

Woman in reception was very helpful and smiling. She allowed to leave our luggage to hotel until check in time. And she provided to prepare of room despite of we went to hotel earlier.

Refrigirator was not in room but it was normal because of unspecified in hotel features. To be better a refrigirator can be put to room.

The room was not big, bet clean and comfortable with all the necessary things. The location is also good, in about 5 minutes there is an U-Bahn stop. Online-Check in is possible and also check in with an automated outside next to the hotel.

The room was really clean and the staff we found there helped us without us asking and took care of everything. He even congratulated me for my birthday! The beds were really comfortable and shower was awesome. Literally I did not see any downsides because even the wifi was really great

We agreed on a free beer which never happened and also the deal was that they should not clean (enter) our room. Also the check in process is a bit complicated. Our key did not work and we had to call the staff to figure out why was that happening. The machine is generally quite slow and also entering the number did not work from the first time. The flow could also be simplified for people who booked more than one room or just a simple message hey check in twice for two rooms...
