It was very helpful late at night having the restaurant facility after a very long delayed train journey. The aparthotel is also very conveniently positioned for Gesunbrunnen Station.

The restaurant is laid out principally as a breakfast room. It would present better if tables were set out in a style more like a restaurant instead of around the walls. The price of the wine seemed on the expensive side! Our lampshade for the main light appeared to have a large quantity of debris inside, almost like dead flies or something. How this or they got there is very strange as the aparthotel is virtually hermetically sealed!

Very clean hotel, conveniently located. The staff was very kind and helpful. We'd like to praise breakfasts - you'll love them! Even paintings on walls were impressive. All hotel devices worked well.

The hotel room was not adequately equipped - one night table was missing, so were some lightpoints. The room itself was designed in "sad grey" - someone would love it, but we didn't, as it exacerbated the impression of dark, isolated place away from home (especially when compared to fantastic, vivid paintings on walls).

The room was the best ever , the bed was the best ever we have ever slept on . I would love to come back . The staff was also good from the day we came in the lady who working night shift gave us the best service , if I was the hr manager I would have increased her salary

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I would like to make a small recommendation. Our room was missing a spoon, morning slippers, and body lotion. I’m not sure if this was due to the price we paid, but it’s something worth noting for improvement.

The internet is very poor, or rather, there’s none at all. The network is open, but there’s no signal.

This was our second stay at this hotel and find its location ideal for airport / train location. The area is very tidy and shopping centre located so close.

Next time we ask for a view out the back overlooking the footbal pitch. The only irritations are a secone chair would be helpful as we were a couple. Also only one side of the bed had a bedside unit for small items close by the bed. We did request a blanket but it never arrived and there was not one available in the wardrobe.

Room and restaurant very good, housekeeping great - standout were the staff. After a fall they helped with a range of things to make things easier and very grateful for this as the sprain turned out to be a broken ankle. Thank you all.

Location was perhaps a little further out than hoped but equally everything was walkable and station was close as another option.

It was near the stations and also next to a mall, everything was accessible. The hotel was pretty clean and neat

No kitchen supplies. The AC didn’t properly work. In addition to that you couldn’t access any SMART TV, no Netflix or any other streaming apps/sites.

My first stay I was very impressed with the restaurant. Unfortunately I'm staying here again the room is better but very disappointed with the restaurant meals. Not as good as first visit. Think they've changed the chef.

It was 10 minutes away from the train station, very easy access to the city centre, big shopping centre 2 minutes away, nice restaurants close by. Clean and tidy room, good size of the bed.

We were missing a bath towel and one hand towel had a stain on it so the impression of clean towels dissappeared. However hotel was very quick to sort it out for us. Having an iron would be a bonus☺️

Enjoyed the stay on maximum! Everything was well thought out. Each small thing. Location of hotel is amazing. It's quite place but on the same time everything is sooo close! Underground, trains, different shops, restaurant, bars and ets. I really liked this place and definitely will stay one more time!
