Great location to travel from and to the airport and anywhere in the city. Clean and stylish room with a great view and black out curtains, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful when needed, outside seating area was handy. Air-conditioning was a life-saver. Excellent for a local Berlin experience.

There was no wardrobe or drawers in the room, just a few floating shelves and off-the-wall hangers. Not best for privacy. Street noise and the entrance door to the corridor was annoying sometimes. Complimentary toiletries were too little considering the price. No kettle.

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. Large spacious rooms. Beds very comfortable. Shower/bathroom facilities excellent. Loved the downstairs ‘library area’ for chilling out after a long day sight-seeing. Free luggage storage lockers to use on our last day as we had a late flight home. Location perfect - very close to large transport hub for u and s bahn. Shopping centre nearby for food options, Aldi, etc.

Cooked breakfast quality was a bit lower than expected - rubbery lukewarm scrambled eggs and only had bacon on offer 1 day out of 4. The other days there was only processed dried up sausage meatballs. Fruit salad was a bit slimy. But there was an excellent choice of continental breakfast options - meats, bread, cheese, We missed not having a kettle in the room to make cups of tea during the day. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were able to make hot drinks downstairs. We ended up buying teabags and milk and using the microwave to heat water.

The employees during the day shifts specially Marco was very attentive and helpful he immediately solved in a very professional and incredible friendly manner the problems we encountered at the first night with cleaningnes of our room and broken bathroom items and responded to all doubts we may have had in general. Lizzy also was very attentive, we asked her if its possible to view the openings of the Olympic Games in the lobby and she kindly made it available for us and other guests to watch it there. Overall the attention recieved by the employees in the hotel is fantastic.

The smell entering the first floor is a bit disgusting, seems the odour comes from the residual pipe system or tubes since the bathroom smell was the same. Not sure if possible but I would recommend to check the residual water pipes of the building, ventilation of the floor or place some perfume in bathrooms and or floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The staff made it easy to check in a little earlier than expected. Breakfast had good variety including fresh fruit. The location was near one of the major train station so access to the city with the Berlin city pass was extremly easy.

It was sad that so many people outside the hotel left their trash on the ground giving the hotel and the area a bad feeling at first. But if you can get past that, it is safe and wonderful place to stay.

The downstairs space was perfect for working in, as well as relaxing. The staff were helpful and super friendly, taking the time to attend to guests, special shout out to Marco. Housekeeping looked after the room well each day. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to a major train station with links to all around the city, as well as on the direct line from the airport.

The room was great for one but would have been lacking enough pillows for two people. The room doesn't have a fridge or jug although it's possible to get a tea/coffee downstairs so wasn't an issue for me.

Had an amazing stay at the Moxy Hotel! The vibe is trendy and welcoming from the moment you step in, with friendly staff . Rooms are stylish, cozy, and super comfortable, with thoughtful design details. The lobby is perfect for both socializing and relaxing. plenty of charging spots, and excellent amenities made my stay even better. Perfect spot for anyone looking for a modern, enjoyable hotel experience!

I had a great stay at the Moxy Hotel! I was feeling under the weather and needed hot tea, and while there wasn’t a water heater in the room, the incredible reception staff kindly provided hot water whenever I needed it. A heater in the room would definitely be a nice extra touch, but the warm service in the night when we checked in truly made up for it. Thank you, Moxy team, for taking such good care of me!

The staff was very friendly, discreet and helpful. Every day the room was cleaned well and fresh towels and bedsheets were provided. Every morning a delicious breakfast was also served. Lastly the room temperature was ideal at all times.

There were some problems with the pricing system between the booking platform and the actual price of the hotel. It was resolved however thanks to the hotel's staff without any extra charge or the slightest discomfort. Also I think sound isolation between rooms could be a bit better.

there is no breakfast in my booking, but always you can find hot and cold water also their menu was cheap , they have reaaly good area as lobby , also there is a park opposite of the hotel, it was good to see green area :) also it is near to U8 metro line, and there is a mall near to hotel and lidl and aldi markets. Also there are many restaurants and cafes near to hotel. With u8 metro line , going to alexandarplatz almost 8 mins. When i go to the room , the room was really cold and i told them they increased the heater other day.

In my room, my bed has some stains,i saw under the sheets . It was not good but they can not change the mattress that's why i could not request . I handle it . My room was 413 . Also you can not open the window it was locked. When i check the hotels ,the address was mitte, but their area is not mitte, because by walking it is really far away from center.

Room was clean, spacious and funtional. The wifi was super fast and reliable. The staff were really friendly, individual and added a real nice atmosphere to the stay. We were able to leave bags in lockers for the last day, great touch. Area was easy to get to on the trains (S and U nearby!) and run all night. Breakfast is a welcome addition. The communal area downstairs is super modern and laid back with plenty of space to relax and hang out at any time of the day or night.

We got a very spacious room with wide corner windows - it were located to the street but we didn't hear any noise from outside. Amazing cleanliness in the room, I have not seen such tidy corners in hotel room for a very long time. We enjoyed lights in our room and bathroom. Really good location for public transport - train station is very close to the hotel, there is a direct train to the airport. A big supermarket very close as well. Maybe not that cozy to have a promenade during night hours round hotel and station, however we felt safe travelling in pair.

It could be useful to have a mini fridge in the room :)
