Have great experience with this apartment and host! Seems they have many similar flats and we have got one on the first (second) floor, with three rooms but just one bathroom. Btw, you can hear all the water from wc and bathroom in two of three rooms of the apartment, so bring earplugs! It was clean, warm and all was prepared. We were allowed to leave our bags earlier in the cleaner’s room on the ground floor, as well as had earlier check in. The only downside of this property is its location, which may look uncomfortable, but it is Berlin! And we had no issues and all went smoothly. Price we paid was also good for Berlin these times.

The apartment is situated in a good location, with friendly and helpful staff members. The apartment is bright, clean, welcoming and very comfortable!

The walls of the apartment are thin and you can hear people on the streets and along the stairways, which can be an issue for light sleepers.

Absolutely relaxing apartment. The furnishings are simple but functional and new. There is a Lidl and Penny right in the neighbourhood. At the time of our stay, it was also possible to park directly in the yard (not sure if this will change over time due to ongoing renovations). Communication with the owners was seamless, pleasant, and quick. You won't get an apartment this big (8 people) for a comparable price in Berlin right away.

Half of the people in our group said that the electricity was going through the water heater in the kitchen (the other half felt nothing). :-D A bit softer mattresses on some beds and sometimes noisier street and neighbours. But none of this is so essential that we didn't enjoy our stay.

Everything worked, plenty of supplies (linens, kitchen items, lotions etc), pretty clean, overall lay out was good. Kitchen and bath were fairly new (nice and functional). Nespresso pods being was a nice plus. Near public transport.

Area was a little sketchy, building obviously pretty old. Elevator almost unusable it was so small and OLD…scary! If you didn’t use the elevator, it was 5 floors up. Bathroom window needed a curtain. Construction banging behind the building from early am until almost 6pm.

It was great nice and clean. Communication was excellent and everything worked fine. The main challenge is related to the the area which is not the best.

The location was good in terms of access to public transport but not everyone will feel comfortable to walk there after dark and definitely not a trendy area

The property is very spacious, the kitchen is good for cooking and baking and the beds and bathroom were nice.

Could have had a tv in the living room to make it completely perfect but that is only a knit picking statement. Maybe wine glasses also. But again these are just like tiny suggestions

Really amazing placement near the station. The house was so clean and tided. They provided us everything we needed and we could even cook on our own. Really really happy about our staying. I would recommend it better for 3 people but for 4 it is quite good too.

Very cozy and full-equiped apartment! Super convenient for a group. Very close to U-bahn access and super easy to reach from the city center.

The support from the team was great. The sofa bed and double-bed are both very comfortable.

The locality around is a little dingy.

Very clean, close to the underground/metro, basic but great value for money

WiFi could be a bit better.
