Fabulous, ultra modern hotel with comfortable large beds, plenty of power sockets, clever lighting and great conservation of space. Public areas, inviting and attractive especially bar and reception area. Plenty of places to sit whilst waiting for transport or enjoying food or a drink. Close to the airport and opposite a supermarket. Incredibly good value for money. Highly recommendable.

Air conditioning was not working properly across the hotel. Control panel not working correctly in room and it kept turning itself off during the night. Hopefully just temporary issue and presumably rectified by now.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel. It is brand new and looks amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and the free wifi was an added bonus. There was a good-size television that played the comedy central channel in English. The hotel felt safe and secure and the longue area was comfortable and stylish. There is an Aldi supermarket about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, so you can easily get some food shopping and toiletries from there.

Location is a bit out of it. I had to travel an hour by train each day to get to the centre of town where all the attractions are located (however this was to be expected as it is the premiere inn close to the airport). The local train station (about 6-minute walk away) is a bit secluded at night so be aware of that. However, the hotel is fairly close to the airport (15 minute train journey) which saved trouble when flying home. A mini fridge, storage space for clothing and a safe would be great additions to the hotel room. The hotel is so new that it is not yet on google maps (this caused some confusion early on in the trip when trying to direct our taxi to the hotel, make sure you type the full address in google maps and save it to the app under a label)

Did not try the breakfast but everything else was amazing. Location was great and staff was amazing and very attentive to not just mine but other guests requirements. Would definitely recommend to others!

Only a small observation but there is no water dispenser. As someone who drinks tea and a lot of water, I had to go and buy some which is a small thing but for me personally (and maybe for others), a water dispenser would be definitely be a plus asset. Also, as someone into sports, it would be nice to have some kind of fitness area. Maybe this could be implemented in the near future. A part from that, great stay!

surprisingly silent for the closeness of the airport - no need for earplugs, also very dark curtains; very warm; pretty big bathroom; A/C was working; very close to the supermarket, bus stop and train stop to the airport; access to the floor with elevator and room keycard; soap and shower gel provided in liquid form in fixed reusable bottles so waste must be reduced quite a bit on those classic hotel items

feeling towards location is ambivalent - although it was not in the slightest the hotel's fault, the location is great only if city trains run to the center, which they did not at the moment, so transit time and complexity grew significantly; great for airport access tho; A/C seemed to swith off by itself at nighttime; only one quilt was available, a big one and comfy but would be nice to have two; shower looked a bit older than it was due to some yellowish tint

From🇬🇪 During my stay at the hotel, I encountered significant issues with its location. Although it was supposed to be conveniently close to the airport, the S-Bahn line, which is crucial for getting to both the airport and the city center, was not operational. This forced me to take buses, which made the journey much more complicated and time-consuming, involving multiple transfers. Had I known about these transportation problems in advance, I might have opted for accommodation closer to the city center. The lack of easy access to public transportation made it difficult to travel between the hotel and the places I needed to go, and overall, it was quite inconvenient.

Bedroom was quite comfortable for solo traveller like myself. Close to S bahn station - approx 7 or 8 mins walk, but it's quite closer to Berlin airport -( 3 stops) than the city ( approx 30 mins travel which I didn't mind). Went to the city every day re many historical places and something to eat as well. Aldi shop nearby for breakfast and stuff that I might need. Reasonable prices - good value for money. Food was fair (nothing to talk about it) - just barely except for tomato soup, which was quite lovely and tasty.. Would return again when I get the chance to visit Berlin again.

Breakfast was nice but too pricey at €16.90 per day. So i went to Aldi instead for my breakfast plus other stuff for day to day things. The room was a bit cold nearly most days, even in Berlin cold weather. Had to tell staff to switch it on cos they control all bed room heating. Spilt a bottle of water on bed as it took ages to dry it out, which was a clearer indication of room being cold, not warm enough. The lobby downstairs (reception area) was far much warmer than the bedroom that I was in. I could feel it re heat warmth when I went down to the lobby. Would give 10 out of 10 but negative on room bit cold on most days which was completely controlled by the reception office plus breakfast price too pricey. => 8.5 to 9.0 at most.

The comfort of the room was impeccable. The soft lighting had a mood to it. The bathroom was designed with a mirror that had digital switches to operate the lighting to our liking. The room was very clean.

The staff that we met in the reception area felt impolite in the start. Had issues with the key card and we were unable to get inside the room for quite some time. But they tried responding as quickly as possible. There was a rush of people to check-in and it clearly had taken a toll on the receptionist staff. But they did their job pretty well.

It was very nice place at close proximity of train station about 50-60 minutes ride to city centre, nearby Aldi was a bonus, very helpful staff, we only had breakfast at the property and it was great.

The only negative was the tv that was not working because issues with signal and also if there was a fridge in the room we didn’t have to go downstairs for ice all the time. In addition I felt stairs a bit unsafe with sharp edges especially for kids.

The hotel was a fabulous experience! The cleanliness is impeccable, truly a model of attention to detail. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the quality of sleep was excellent – I slept wonderfully well! The only aspect that could be improved is the ambient fragrance. I would recommend changing it to add a touch of refinement and complete the luxurious experience offered. With this small adjustment, it could truly become a 10/10 hotel!

New hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed with 2 pillows to choose, cozy duvet. Soap, shower/hair gel, towels, tea/coffe/milk/sugar and the kettle available in the room. Clean rooms and lobby, nice and English speeking hotel service. Downstair is many very good prepared work stations and chillout place. On the other side of the road is Aldi, 5 min is Sbahn (ABC ticket 24 hours 11,40e) and few km away backerei. We got just 1 towels complet and 1 card, we asked for second on the reception without problem. Parking next to the hotel is not allowed but just behind the next corner are parking bays or in the Hotel for 15 euro. We did not try breakfast, but we tried pizza and toast - only if you are hungry and have no option, just better to buy smth in neighbourhood or order on lieferando ( no problem for hotel). In general we are very satisfied of the stay, possible is that we will choose again.

Expensive breakfast and menu. 12,50 for a very small pizza. Small kitchen anex in the room or at least the small fridge would be perfect! I think many guests would enjoy good restaurant in the Hotel. No morning cleaning. On the working places was not possible to change the light.
