I truly enjoyed my stay at Living Hotel Weißensee. The hotel is located in a peaceful area near a lake and surrounded by nature — a perfect balance between relaxation and productivity. The room was very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and cozy beds that allowed for a great rest. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette with everything I needed, including a fridge, and the spacious desk, which was ideal for working. Daily complimentary bottled water and beer were a nice touch. The bathroom had all the essentials, and housekeeping was thorough and of high quality. The hotel also features a small fitness room and spa, and a laundry/ironing room downstairs — very convenient for longer stays. There’s also a restaurant and bar in the lobby, and a supermarket nearby. The 24-hour reception was friendly and helpful. A tram stop is about 10 minutes away, with connections to many directions. It took around 30 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

Very friendly hotel in green,calm surroundings, yet quite central. Bus line 158 stops directly in front of the hotel, a 12 min walk brings you to the M4 tram which connects Weißensee with central Berlin.. My single room was spacious and with sofa and kitchenette. Very quiet at night. 5 min walk to a small lake with beach. Directly at the hotel is Luises Biergarten. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of items. I loved my stay and will be back.

The only thing missing for me was bacon for breakfast. Other than that all was perfect

We had a free upgrade to business suite which was nice as we travelled with a group of friends and we could invite them to have some brunch or dinner in the room together. Toilets and the little kitchenette were extra clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and nice.

Not a big deal since everything else was super clean, but we spotted some dead insects behind the curtains (balcony wall) in the sleeping room. These hidden spots just need a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Also it seemed that the temperature control didn’t work in our room since it was pretty chill during the night.

Fantastic room and perfect location. The arrival gift of 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer was very welcome. Very quiet, which was perfect for us, but also very easy access via the tram service to the hustle and bustle of Alexanderplatz and on to many other locations. There was a very good choice for breakfast and the food was of a high standard.

Perhaps some fresh milk in the fridge, although I appreciate there were pods of UHT milk with the tea and coffee.

They declare that the Hotel has AC. Well in theory there is a control board, but the AC doesn't work at all. We closed everything (windows, curtain), switched the AC on and left the room. It was 24 with windows open. We came back in te evening it was 26 with AC on!!! We had two rooms on different sides of the same floor and on both rooms the AC didn't work. I informed the reception, they said they will inform the technicians but nothing happened. But it was not so bad for us, because there was a balcony in the room so we slept with open window, but then we needed to sleep with traffic noise as our room was towards the main street.

This is a decent hotel located in a calm, green area (the nearby park is very nice to take a walk with lots of birds there) and a friendly staff. There is a lot of parking places in the nearby streets and I did not have any problem to park even though I was there around 9 pm (check the Amalienstrasse as it seems to get more empty towards the evening, as people start to leave the Weissensee park). The room was comfortable enough. Great option is kitchenette which could be useful if staying for a bit longer. Two bottles of Berliner beer was a nice accent. The breakfast was also good with nothing to complain about.

It was a bit too stuffy in the room, even with AC set to lowest temperature with highest fan speed (still you could open the window). The bathroom could be also refreshed as the silicones and grouts were partially covered with stains.

Good price-quality ratio. Our room had a small kitchen, which was useful to prepare meals, although it was quite small. The Wi-Fi was good. The hotel is not in the city center, but is easily available via the tram or bus.

The kitchen in our room was a bit dirty and there was a dust under the bed.

Bed very comfortable, room very clean. Kitchenette was useful. Free beers every day. Nice to be near to park and lake. Gym was well equipped

Tv was old, would have been good to have smart TV. Not all sockets in room worked Took a while to get into city centre and to attractions in West of city.

Friendly, solution-focused staff, comfort, good spa facilities, great value for price. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back in other circumstances.

Dust behind the door at the time of arrival, cleaning staff taking out glasses from rooms with a noise which wakes you up (if you go to bed late and didn’t plan on getting out before 10am), sound isolation is not the best (you can hear people talking, when passing by the door)

Our stay in Living Hotel Weißensee was really great. First of all I need to highlight how helpful and nice the stuff was. They were very willing to help us and make our stay comfortable. Thank you. The room was very nice, quiet and very clean, what we highly appreciated! There was everything you need during your stay - very comfortable beds, armchair, desk if you want to work. There is also a very nice balcony where you can have a morning coffee or just breathe some fresh air. What is really cool is mini kitchenette - very well equiped and really enough for preparing yourself a breakfast (if you are for example following restricted diet like we are). I know that breakfast are also available in the hotel, however we didn't use this option. The area is very nice, quiet and close to the parks and lakes. Also it seems to be a very safe district, so we felt really good there.

The only thing is localization - a little bit far away from the city center. There is no subway station nearby, so you will have to use bus or tram. I mean there is no drama, since it will take you circa 30-40 mins to reach the center and around 45 mins to get to Hauptbahnhoff, but take this under consideration when you plan your stay.
