My room and especially bathroom were very clean, the location was perfect - walking distance to the Flixbus Station and to Charlottenburg Palace, the subway station was also nearby, some local cafés were near and a good supermarket as well. They also had luggage storage, and it was amazing. My room was also very specious and it faced the the road, but it was not noisy at all.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist kept on talking in Russian to here college on the phone about the private matters, she kept on going for a few minutes without acknowledging me in anyway, I guess she didn't expect that I understand Russian). The other receptionist was nice. Also I think the curtains and the fridge are a bit outdated and could be replaced. Everything was nice and by the end I was very happy with the hotel, it's only the 1st impression could be better, otherwise the hotel is great, also for the price, but you know, you only have one chance to make a first impression.

Excellent location with easy access to local supermarket, kebab restaurant, shisha place, 4-star classy restaurant, park, and U-Bahn station. View of main street is excellent and fresh air is always good, especially as the rooms are in the upper floors of the building. Located in an excellent neighbourhood. Room is very spacious. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day.

Reception was at the top floor of the building. I needed another guest to guide me to reception. Instructions on how to reach reception should be provided to guests prior to their arrival. Bed bunks could be stronger. TV was all German. Give us some variety

Spacious, clean room with a sizeable bathroom and high ceiling. Big panoramic windows. Good bed.

The cushion was a little flat but there was another one and once I piled them up it was OK. The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing as the reception is in the sixth floor and you need to take the elevator up there and there are other doors around the elevator. No breakfast available but this did not matter to me at all as there are numerous good value cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Room, have chiller, location, staff excellent, staff gave everything whatever I was needed. Thank you, Rufina, she's talking Russian, English, Germany, that very comfortable for everyone. Others staff also very good, kind, just I don't know names. I want to say thank you all of you dear staff in HOTEL KAISER. It's BERLIN, near metro SOPHIE -CHARLOTTE -PLATZ. Very good location, easy to go whatever you want. Excellent.

This was a very pleasant hotel stay. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff at reception were pleasant. The hotel is located in the upmarket area of Charlottenburg in West Berlin. There are some nice restaurants and a convenience store close by. It is a walk of less than 5 minutes to the delightful Sophie-Charlotte-Platz Metro Station - which feels like you have stepped back into the 1930s - for metro trains into the city centre. The pretty Charlottenburg Palace is a 15-minute or so walk away.

There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel.

There is no breakfast, but now the internet works way better! The hotel is located on two floors *5th & 6th, over the street level. The hotel is easy to reach thanks to an elevator that goes directly to those floors. A metro station is conveniently located a few meters away and is the easiest way to reach the hotel. You will a few blocks aways or one metro/bus stop away from several good restaurants and stores. The hotel is good for the price you pay. Think of it as a budget hotel, with a nice view to the Berlin streets. Good if you are going for a few days and just require a nice and quite place to rest.

Check the windows, just to be sure the cold is not getting in through them, the insulation might not be in the best shape, besides that, all great.

Excellent very clean hotel and very good value. Next to Sophie-Charlotte-Platz underground and about 15 minutes walk from Charlottenburg S-Bahn. Don't be put off by having to enter via a common stair and lift. Everything is very nice when you get up there with 24 hour reception.

It was nice to see a fridge in the room but it sadly didn't work. I didn't mention it to the staff though so they can't really be blamed.

Very good clean room with enough space. Also quiet.

The location of the property is very ideal - it is right next to a beautiful lake/park centered in Charlottenburg and only 2 minutes away from the U-bahn station. Additionally, there are quick places to grab a bite all around and a grocery store (Rewe) just 2 minutes away. The staff was welcoming and made sure to ask if I needed anything in particular, and because I was on a work trip, I asked to have my invoice changed to my job's address and they did that without any problems or hassle.

If you need a place to do your work and the internet is a must, you might not want to choose this location. The first night of my two night stay, the internet was not connecting and I had to end up using my phone as a hotspot to do some last minute things. Additionally, a few of the lightbulbs in the room were out but luckily none of them were a main source of light/fixture.
