The location is perfect for me, not too far from U-Bahn and the Central Bus station. Could check in a but earlier, no problem with that. The area, where the hotel is located, is away from the main road and is quiet. The team was helpful. When I realized, that had forgotten my phone charger, the receptionist had landed me one right away. When I wasn't sure, how to use their coffee machine, the kitchen worker had helped me out.

At the very beginning, one of the personnel reps was a bit strict as to being a service rep, but we had found the way to communicate and all went really well afterwards.

Location, access to the public transport, parking. Helpfull front office managers, all of them also can serv on russia language.

Offer for breakfast was too pure, only bred with cheese and sausage, egg and small number of vegetables. Specially before end of breakfast time. It was 1st time on my experience, when chief of buffet remove all food 10 minutes before end and try to remove all clients on time, without possibility to finish , started at normal time.

Very friendly staff, breakfast could have more options like fruit or maybe a hot option. But overall nothing to complain about. Even thought with us when we needed to stay one more night because our trip home got cancelled. We could even stay in the same room and leave our luggage there so we didn't have to carry it around all day after checking out.

The staff was very kind and did everything they could to accomodate us.

The breakfast seemed a little cheap for the price but because of a misunderstanding the staff gifted us with a free breakfast which became amazing, mostly because it was the intention that felt good.

I booked a single room but unfortunately there was some problem with the lock. The staff at the reception was kind enough to give me a triple room.

The single room was quite small

Check in- out was very easy. The beds were confortable. Parking is very much appreciated. Water has good pressure and gets hot inmediatatly.

The breakfast was very basic :( The TV was a bit too small.

Extremely nice price for value! Conditions are generally quite OK, as well as the breakfast for such a price.

The place was clean and in a good location. The food was really good and the system is really flexible.

The hotel has a convenient location, there are shops and cafes nearby. You can leave your car by the road for free.

The airport is nearby and you can hear the noise of planes
