Great location , close to a beautiful park for walking. Quiet location but close to transport connections to visit all that Berlin and surrounding area has to offer. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. The use of the hospital/ hotel swimming pool was a bonus. Room was comfortably furnished and had a small balcony. The room was serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was extensive , beautifully laid out with fresh fruit, cheese , rolls and pastries and very good HOT coffee served in an insulated jug .

I would have appreciated a second pillow stored in the room , as I always forgot to request one at reception !

Very convenient location for visiting Charlottenburg Schloss, its gardens or especially the Schlosspark klinik which is in the same building and grounds. The room was spacious and quiet. There is a small fridge and also a balcony. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a great Italian restaurant & food market nearby.

The general atmosphere of the hotel is a little eccentric, perhaps because of the hospital services attached to it. The breakfast was just average.

We liked absolutely everything. The location next to the beautiful Charlottenburg palace and the park - peaceful un quiet surrounding. The hotel room was very cosy and warm, clean and we didn't hear any noise from the other guests. The personnel was very friendly and polite. The pool was fantastic - it was even decorated in the upcoming Halloween mood! :) This is a place where we would like to return very much.

Comfortable, clean room. Amazing breakfast at a fantastic price. Exquisite surroundings. We had a little terrace that opened straight out onto the garden. How wonderful! Red squirrels, woodpeckers. The staff here are very, very good - helpful and professional. Honestly, I cannot wait to go back!!!

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation but as the lady at reception said, next time I visit, I will be able to use it.

Our stay was perfect. Nice hotel, kind staff. Quiet location. There is indoor swimming pool. After a long day it was that we required most of all. My kids we surprised with an amenity.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our room had a view into the beautiful adjacent park. The staff was nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is right next to a hospital, but it wasn't a big issue, there were no loud noises or anything. Only when we arrived on the first day we were a bit confused as to where the entrance to the hotel was.

I liked the first floor patio rooms with seating facing the back of Charlottenburg park. It was nice to be able to sit out there in the early mornings.

Not so convenient to easy access to ubahn and shops and restaurants.

Great location near the palace. Breakfast was very good.

There was no water or glasses or ice available in the room or in the restaurant. Only the small, expensive bottles in the mini bar.

Staff members are very helpful. Location is quiet but accessible to public transport and near some places of interest.

Breakfast options are the same everyday.

Not all facilities running or only partly. Restaurant closed, swimming pool open in the morning and evening for a couple of hours each time and have to book a slot. A little maintenance in the bathroom required, which should be reported by the house cleaners as they touch everything and should notice it. Room prices only board a bit overpriced for the offerings.
