Perfect location and hotel outside of Berlin. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. The room size was good, and the beds comfortable. 100% recommended.

We missed a small fridge in the room. Especially traveling with children, it is important to have a couple of things refrigerated. If they add that, it would be perfect.

Very nice staff, especially the night auditor. A very good breakfast is good value for money. Amazing surroundings within nature. Not far from the city center.

Washroom bathing water flowing out of the cubicle. Dinner was not quality enough in the restaurant.

Excellent location and beautiful setting on the lake. Really close to bus stop to take u into Berlin. Had a lovely stay and would return.

The room had a lake view. The nature around the hotel is magnificent. Waking up to the birds singing and a nice walk is what recharges me. If you are lucky, you can rent a bike directly at the hotel.

The (only) bus 218 doesn't run between 19:15 and 9 and the way from the S station to the hotel is really dark. I counted about 10 lamps (during the 35-minute walk). I also was't lucky and out of 3 available bikes, two were booked and 1 had a flat tire.

we like the location a bit far from city center but very easy to reach with train and bus we like the breakfast and the stuff attitude

It was located in a nature area. There were plenty of hiking trails nearby. It was a short drive to the Olympic stadium and train stations. Everything was very clean and all of the workers were friendly.

Nothing. We stayed during the off-season. This meant it was too cold to swim in the lake and enjoy some of the activities.

Excellent location. Good coffee. Nice and helpful staff; even if some of them don't speak English, they tried their best.

All signs and notes are in German. Is understandable as over 90% of the clients are German but, as long as the hotel is on Booking.com and open to foreigners, some English signs will be really helpful. To know to hang the sign on the door if you need fresh towels, for example... Also the menu on the restaurant is only in German.

Beautiful large room with balcony overlooking a quiet garden and fabulous lakeview. Situated on a quiet cove on a large lake surrounded by huge trees filled with chirping birds.

Complimentary morning coffee instead of being charged high prices for cappuccinos from the automatic machine would have been very nice.
