For the price range, the location was excellent although we arrived after a storm and could not take the comfortably close s-train. The place is clean and quiet and has a home vibe. The staff was helpful and nice during our brief interactions. The kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms are spacious. There is nice chais and sofa in the appointment.

The beds and mattress are not comfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Well equipped, low cost accommodation. Nice area, quite far from the city centre but close to S-Bahn, quiet, green and worth a walk. I loved working or having breakfast on a green terrace. It was very hot in Berlin but my room had quite comfortable temperature even without air con. It was nice otherwise the stay could have been unbearable. There are fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, all what you need. No major cleaning issues.

Self checkin was quite stressful. It is supposedly fine and easy process with clear instructions provided in advance, but there was no key with my name and I had to call someone who didn’t speak English. Also I booked a twin room for 1 person, expecting that a friend of mine will join for the last night of stay, but received a single room instead. Though it was fixed next day. The way how sorting the garbage is organized is rather complicated. Any other nuances are explained by low price.

The place was big, well equipped and clean. The lights turned on automatically on movement, which was great at night. It was quite near the S-bahn which took us into central Berlin in about 20 minutes.

The eating and shopping info needs to be updated. The Nordmeile Mall and Aldi Nord supermarket are quite nearby. It's helpful to see how well patronized these places are rather than doing a time consuming online search.

The apartment was tidy and well kept. The rooms were quite cozy and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and there were a lot of restaurants near by. It was also walking distance from the S Banh station. Also as a note bring your own body wash and shampoo as they don't provide this.

The heaters turned off at some point in the night, so it got a little cold then

Good value for money. Good location 5 minute walk from subway station. Clean, guests have access to small fridge/microwave/dishes.

Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms. You can hear people moving around above, conversations/ TV from beside.

Very good price/quality ratio. Very convinient transoprt to the city centre. I can recommend it. Room was small but clean and good. There is a possibility to make tea and coffee there

The place is direct and to the point. Only a short walk from two nice restaurants and one small beer garden. Access to the metro made this a great location. Quiet neighbourhood too!
