Brand new room. Friendly staff. Fully open window. Good wifi. Comfy bed. Good Facilities.

Wish there a barrier free entrance. About 15 steps in front of entrance. Need to carry heavy luggage up. Pillow is not firm enough. Only hand soap given. No shampoo/body wash. Don’t know if daily cleaning is provided or not. It’s not a big problem for me. But my room wasn’t serviced for the duration of my stay. Shower drains a bit too slowly because hair got stuck in the strainer below. Could be easily solved if room was serviced.

The staff at the reception was incredibly nice!! We got there at 10 am, so 5 hours before the check in time and they still got us a room which totally saved us after travelling all night to get there:). Also, the hotel is really pretty and I loved the student vibe it brings. The room was small, but more than enough and aesthetically pleasing if you’re looking for that. It’s cool that they also have a gym, a rooftop terrace or a bar downstairs , so many nice facilities!

I think the room could have been a bit cleaner, mostly the bathroom, but I can’t complain about that since we got the room way earlier:). Also, it was very hot when we got there and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had a fan in the room which was very helpful but still, it was ventilating the same hot air so some cold air would have been nicer. But that was something minor.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Decent location but it is a 15 minute walk to the S-Bahn / U-Bahn station and the route is poorly lit in sections after dark. There are buses closer by though. A bit of advice to find the hotel as it is not that straight forward as it is surrounded by an apartment block. From Breite Str there is an alley next to the shop called Freenet. Keep going straight and eventually you will come to a building called Schabracke, turn left here which looks like an apartment set up. The hotel will eventually appear on the left.

No cup in the room so you can't even have a glass of water in the morning. Another minor gripe was the continual emails asking you to pre check-in, which I did the first time they asked. Check-in was straight forward but it did make you think the information hadn't gone through the first time.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was a nice hotel, reasonably conveniently located (though a little confusing to find the inner courtyard initially) and good-quality facilities. I was here on a work trip and had changed from a much more expensive corporate hotel the night before and it was honestly equivalent if not nicer, which was particularly nice given it was quite reasonably priced compared to alternatives. Really close to restaurants and also Burgerpark which was lovely for a walk around, and also had goats! (Not relevant to the hotel but a nice discovery nonetheless.)

No air con which was unfortunate given the weather!

I was very grateful when they allowed me to check in early after a long haul flight from Malaysia. I asked upon arrival and the staff made the effort to find me a ready room. Locationally it is near the venue of a class I am attending so I found it very convenient. If it wasn't for this, I would rate it a 7. The reception is not always manned so you need to walk to the cafe to check with the staff. I'm glad I didn't check in after office hours as it will be challenging to get support as the self check in is not as straightforward as it is made out to be. A friend of mine checked in at 12am and struggled to only find she was assigned an unmade room so it took a lot longer to get that addressed. The room I got so the larger one and it is well designed to support wheelchair users. Things I disliked: Food wise particularly in the budget range is limited other than bakeries. It is ideal if there was a kettle in the room to make something warm to drink or have a cup of soup from the supermarket. The pillows are super soft so piled them all up to use. They need to look into adding a firm pillow to the soft ones provided as people coming all over the world will have different preferences

The hotel was brand new and the room was very clean and very quit. The location was ok, and not to far from bus and tram station.

The room was comfortable and clean, and other facilities such as the option to eat at an in-house cafe/restaurant/bar and the vending machines were a nice add on. We were also allowed to store our luggage there even after checking out. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of a huge shopping center and S Bahn, bus, and tram. For us it was a plus to be near our conference center but keep in mind that it's a little further from most touristy areas than if you book in Mitte, although they are still very accessible by public transport and you get a good value for your money.

When we checked in our keycards didn't work multiple times and we had to go down to the front desk 3 times until someone fixed it. But that was the only issue we encountered.

The staff was more than kind and helpful giving me valuable tips and information about city, transport, etc. I had to change room and there was an unnerving noise at night and early morning from a machine the first night, but after I told them it was fixed "sofort" and I could sleep the rest of the nights.

1-The first room had no closet, no small fridge, too small claustrophobic 2- There was a noise at regular intervals from 5 a.m onwards the first night after changing the room

New building with clean rooms. It's a little bit far from the City Center but acceptable. We used the Self Check in, it was easy and fast. We had a TV (not smart but TV channels, it was good). The bed was comfortable. The area is quiet and safely. It looks like new. The bathroom and shower is big. Somebody told, the room was small, but I think is enough. We dont bought breakfeast.

A little bit far from city center, but You can come back with S-Bahn directly. I recommend the accommodation.
