Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was very strong, but then that it is much down to personal choice. Room was quite with sufficient space for 2 people. Transport into the city was extremely convenient and quick, taking around 30 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Not related to the hotel but more Berlin, it would have been nice to know of the Buddy Bears throughout the city.

Would have a appreciated a bigger hot food selection at breakfast. Croissants ran out very quickly suggesting that there was not enough available to start with initially. Shower was good but slightly difficult to get in and out due to the small opening of the doors, both my patner and I struggled a little. While there were many takeaway options available, the nearest restaurants were in Pankow, but the choices for limited.

A very nice hotel, situated quite a bit at the outside part of Berlin, but there is good public transport towards the city, and everything can be reached within an hour of travel. Tram stops right beside the hotel, and at Panków station there is the possibility to change to U2 or S-Bahn to continue faster. The staff greated me kindly and they were nice overall. My room was situated in the top (3rd) floor, there was an elevator, but it was easy to get there by stairs too. It was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise while I was in the room. It was already heating season in november, and the room was heated for the adequate temperature, not cold, and not too hot, perfect. Breakfast was very good, at the first glance it looked like it contained only a few choices, but actually there are plenty of different kind of food, just some are behind a turn or a wall, and not visible at the first sight. Coffee was also perfect. After 11 pm the entrance is at a side door, but staff explains it at check in, and it was easy to find and to open it with the provided keys. Hotels in Berlin are quite expensive, I've chosen Businesshotel Berlin because of the great quality/price ratio. I can recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a travel towards the city center.

No complains, I got what I expected. A mini fridge could be useful for longer stays, but for an overnight stay I was fine without it.

I was impressed by how friendly the staff were. They were very proactive in providing anything we needed. While the facilities weren’t particularly outstanding, the room was clean and well maintained. At the breakfast area, the staff quickly replenished the food and constantly paid attention to what the guests might need. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This is our go to hotel when visiting our son in Berlin. Very comfortable and welcoming hotel, we stayed appx 2 and 1/2 weeks in total this trip and it was like a home away from home...

Actually nothing, breakfasts were great. Would have loved to get a cup of coffee in the room or the lobby when we got up but had to wait till restaurant opened, but they were super accommodating once they opened and let us take a coffee service back to our room.

This is our go to hotel when visiting our son in Berlin. It's location to public transportation makes it an ideal spot for us since the bus that serves our son's address stops just a few feet from the front of the hotel...

Actually, they do everything very nicely. They accommodated our every request and even let us check in a day earlier than we had been able to book on line.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! It was fresh and diverse, great value for money (15 euros), there was never shortage of anything and the staff was so polite and sweet! We also loved the room, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We found it unusual there was no mini fridge, but it wasn’t inconvenient for us.

The staff at BusinessHotel Berlin are the best. I felt very welcome for a first-time visitor to Germany who does not speak German. They are so kind, and warm and went out of their way to assist me. My room was spotless and cosy. I highly recommend BusinessHotel Berlin and I hope to return soon. Thank you.

Excellent breakfast, lot of varieties with unlimited quantities, 15 euros is very reasonable. All freshly served.

Bathrooms soaps were not replaced everyday although cleaning staff visits every day to clean the room, bit disappointed.

I had a pleasant stays in the hotel, for 15 days as a female solo traveler. Their is a 50 tram right next to the hotel, very convenient to take me to the city center. The room was cozy and clean. Most importantly, the front desk staffs are very friendly and willing to help you.

Nothing, only if the price can be cheaper for the long-stay traveler. Over all, everything is great!

This is an affordable hotel about 25 minutes from the middle of Berlin. The staff is very nice and the room was clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. Bathroom towels are soft and fluffy. Shower is fine. We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The only negative is the awful toilet paper. There's really no excuse for such low-quality toilet paper. ☹️
