I love the environment as you can get to the shops to buy things you need and quite place. Very neat and comfortable hotel

They put incompetent staff in the evening, we were told the staff was new and don't know much about how to check booking on the system so this brought argument between us and the staff, the staff said the system showed that we have not pay for our booking and we cannot check in, we have to pay for another rooms that night before we can allow in. It was a terrible experience It was sorted the following morning and our money was refunded back and we were changed to the rooms we paid for. There is no fridge in the room We had a great time afterwards 😀.

Room was clean & comfortable Staff were very friendly & helpful, really nice people Location was good, although a little out of Berlin centre, it's only a short walk to Kurt Schumacher Platz metro, which takes you to the centre in about 15 minutes - around the hotel are plenty of shops & resteraunts Price was fair compared to other hotels - it was the weekend of the Euro 2024 Final I stayed, so naturally hotels in Berlin were expensive, but thought the price I paid was fair

The Bathroom was a little small, but not a major issue

The solo room was about 15m2. One bed. There was a TV with YouTube. No Netflix access. One big mirror and a closet with a safe. One glass table and a chair. Table lamp. The wifi was good. Bed clothing was fresh and clean. Towels were provided. Shampoo was good. But no toothpaste was provided. Tissue rolls were provided. The room I was sleeping had the window directed towards a nice garden. Hair dryer was also there.

The bathroom was old fashioned.

I liked the 24/7 front desk, we had to check out very early in the morning and it was perfectly fine, everyone we met behind the front desk was very kind and helpful. I must say, for the price, the room was very nice, I was happy with the comfy bed and nice bathroom.

The location was a little spooky for me, especially late at night, there are very dim streetlights if any, some areas are completely pitch black since 6 pm.

I stayed at City Hotel Berlin for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful, which made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great short stay in Berlin.

Very nicely presented hotel near a lively suburb of Berlin, but down a quiet cul-de-sac. Great shower and well-run breakfast bar. Free parking in the street or pay (a lot!) to park in the hotel car park. Fairly close to two U-Bahn lines into the city centre.

The room was a little on the small side, but acceptable for a city hotel.

Very neat and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Really helpful in answering any questions we had about public transport, eating places and shopping.

The rooms need air conditioning but a fan was supplied.

Nice clean and spacious room, 5 mins walk to the underground. Lidl and another supermarket just down the road. Takeaway where you could sit in and eat with a beer (Bistro can) was great. All in all a really nice place to stay. If I was to go back to Berlin I’d definitely choose here again.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and smiling. The cleanliness was on a high level. The subway is very close to the amenities, the neighborhood is quiet with a large number of markets.

Very comfortable and clean and in a nice location quite close to the Ubahn U6. Nice staff too! Good value hotel for the price, highly recommended.

There is no hair dryer in the room, and some of the windows do not open properly.
