Very clean, spotless room and bathroom, houskeeping makes a great job! Rooms have a small fridge and hotplate/hob. Location itself is very safe, public transportation is excellent!

Parking is very frustrating! We specifically looked for a place with parking area. The hotel had a very small courtyard where maybe in total 3 cars could park. But front of eachother, I mean if your car is in the back and somebody parks front of you… you are screwed. Parking on street is available but usually around the evening hours all the spaces are filled up! Also on the driveway to the courtyard some smart people parked and randomly left their car, maybe thinking to come back shortly, but they haven’t returned for hours! Description of the hotel parking guides needs some adjustment because as it is, is very misleading.

It was exactly what shown in pictures, the beds were comfortable, and even though we didn’t use it, the fact that has a kitchenette is super useful. The room was clean, it has a great light and a AC portable unit.

Is facing a quite noisy street, so if you are facing the street and want to open the windows, will need to be ok with that. The neighborhood was not super far away -it’s a 10 min walk to Wittenau metro/train stop- but it’s a bit desolated (car dealerships area) and we saw a few times people smashing street signs and being violent around, so that walk felt way longer.

The rooms and the services while we were staying there were fantastic. And the location is great both for going in and out of Berlin. Really happy overall. There is no breakfast but the bakery next door has great coffee and good food. :-) Even though the parking is very limited, it is easy to find free street parking in the evenings.

The parking is very limited, although in the evenings it is easy to find free street parking. Another thing that was suboptimal is that there was a heatwave when we visited (temps around 30 during 3 days in a row) and the fans were not enough to keep the room cool enough. Obviously the heatwave is not the responsibility of the hotel, but stronger ventilation to remove the warm air would have been a treat.

The rooms are quite basic but totally new & extremely clean. The whole building & compound deserves a mention as they've gone to a lot of effort to make it pleasant & it's much nicer than anything else in the near vicinity. Staff are very friendly, reception well attended, after hours phone answered promptly. Free parking on-site. Literally minutes from the S-Bahn. Lots of amenities (24hr Edeka) & restaurants close-by.

Not a complaint & not the Hotel's fault but the immediate Wittenau area although full of amenities isn't particularly pretty. However - if you walk a few minutes to the Alt-Wittenau area you'll find lovely green spaces, churches that are hundreds of years old, beautiful architecture. Definitely worth taking a stroll.

Small apartment that includes everything you need from fen and shampoo bath facilities to pans and plates, it even was Ok for family of 3 ppl. The location worths to be mentioned separately: taking ini account the price, it was really good - about 7 mins by walking to the metro and then approx. 20 mins to Aleksander platz! The room and the hotel itself is clean, cozy, right after renovation. All the windows have blinds, so when you use them at night, no light comes into the room, so good for the rest and sleep after long interesting day. The only thing you might need - earplugs. The hotel parking place can accommodate only 3 cars, but there is free parking place alongside the road, so we could see our car from the apartment window. Stuff is polite and nice, speak English and Russian.

The staff are really helpful! I asked to borrow an umbrella and print out a ticket and they were glad to help me. They also speak english, even though one is not so confident, but he tried and it doesn't need to be perfect to be understandable.

My room was literally next to the entrance, so I could hear people talking and smoking. Because the smoke goes straight away to my room (in Summer). There is a place where people can sit and hang around there, not directly at the entrance but the smoke still could reach my bedroom. Maybe also a knife/scissors in the bedroom? Or maybe not, if it's available by asking, it's okay then.

It was clean and cheap. The windows had shutters , which I adored as I come from the southern Europe

The address that was included in the email after the confirmation was totally wrong. It pointed to a street in the city center while the real address was outside the town. I lost 45 minutes for nothing and I got tired carrying my luggage.

Clean, tidy room. Well equipped.

Stuffy. Despite the cool weather of 19-23 degrees Celsius, it is very hot in the room. There is a road nearby, it is noisy, if you close the window, it will be impossible to sleep.

Good room, quiet, good location and luckily we were able to park the car inside the premises. Location wise, it's about 400m from the s Bahn and then about 25 mins to Brandenburg Tor. Good connectivity, there is also a 24 hr edeka nearby. Kitchen in the room helped. Hosts are really really good.

It was clean and neat. They have a washing room which was good as we were there for a tennis tournament. It was 7 min walking distance from the tennis courts. There is a nice breakfast spot 2 min from the apartments

We had a package delivered to the property. It was left outside at the coffee machine and nobody at reception knew about it. We were lucky to find it there.
