From the warm welcome from the friendly staff at check in, to the kind words for my onward travel from the lady who helped at check out, everything was perfect! While the hotel is a little dated in some places, it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, not a huge choice but more than enough to satisfy all appetites, and the staff in the restaurant so very helpful and cheerful. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, and transport links into the centre of Berlin close by, maps and advice are available from reception. Would I stay again? Without a doubt, yes ...

Nothing, all perfect for my needs.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. One of them (Albanian, I believe) even helped me with a word in German. The room was clean, bright with good facilities including towels, toiletries (not mentioned in the list of facilities) a good television and a good wifi connection.

I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. A safe or safety box would have improved the facilities also. There were no bar facilities. However, it was possible to purchase drinks from the fridge in the hotel reception (card payment only).

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were larger than I've seen in other Ibis hotels. The rooms were clean and had enough space to sit and open suitcases. Close to the metro station but far from the city center (ca.30 min. by metro).

Check in and check out was quick but not very friendly. The rooms were too warm and we could not regulate the temperature in the room, but we could open the window to air the room. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Clean rooms, nice staff, downstairs is several restaurants and penny markets around the corner. Very good connection to U, S Bahn and buss as well. There are birds singing in early mornings before traffic starts.

Breakfast-15 euro looked too much for five day stay. Room did not had conditioner . As our room was on sun side- during the day we close certainly big curtains. Room on street side - the sounds stop only for few hours in night.

Nice view, quiet neighborhood, very close to metro. Clean and comfy beds.

Hotel is not as equiped as standard Ibis hotel where the rooms lack utensils like fridge and kettle. Check in and out was not so smooth because of long queues.

Price was very good

There is no parking space there and if you find a parking space, you would have to pay 14€per day. 1 bottle (0,5ml) of water 3,5€. normally Ibis Hotel's quality/building shabby level is slightly higher than this one.

It was basic but adequate accommodation, comfortable, clean and well designed. Breakfast very good indeed, with a wide choice.

I would have appreciated tea/coffee facilities in or near the room, but accept that that may involve additional charges.

Great hotel just out of the city of Berlin. Clean, comfy rooms just a little warm as there is no air con or fans provided. Friendly staff. Close to a U Bahn station with easy access to all the attractions. A supermarket just down the road was handy.

Location, very well connected to U8 and S station, just 7-10 min to take the trains and 30 min to Alexanderplatz. Great neighborhood. Room was ok, all you need. WiFi works great and service clean every day.
