I had a family room just for myself. Very clean, spacy room, with windows looking at the Humboldthain park and Flackturm, a historical monument from World War II. The staff was very helpful. There was no shampoo in the room, but the reception staff gave it to me, when I asked for it. Location was good for me, because it was near Gesundbrunnen, major railway junction in the north of Berin, which made it easy to go everywhere. Overall, had a great trip.

The location is not so central, not exactly one of the tourist quarters of Berlin, for me it was great, but if it's your first time in Berlin, might be a bit difficult to adjust

The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. It’s very close to a train station with U-Bahn, S-Bahn and DB lines, which makes it so easy to quickly get around the city. There’s also a direct train to Brandenburg airport - it’s worth staying here for the close transport links alone. Aside from the hotel, there didn’t seem to be many tourists in the area, it was very busy with locals during the day as there is a big shopping centre and lots of shops nearby, which was nice if you want to get a glimpse of everyday life in Berlin. There is an amazing currywurst shop next to the U-Bahn station! It’s was very quiet at night, particularly on the 5/10 mins walk to the train station, but felt safe.

The rooms are a bit dated - there’s no air con - and the walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s good value for money and very clean! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, really easy to get around the city. Room was good, no aircon, but we knew that beforehand and the beds were comfortable. Staff in the bar and the breakfast room were really friendly. Great value, so if you are after a reasonably priced hotel with great access to the city, then you won't go far wrong.

We paid on arrival as we were specifically told at that time that it would be busy at checkout time when we left - so we would not have to queue. But when we tried to hand the keys back when we left , the lady at reception demanded we go to the back of the queue so she could 'check that we had paid'. And she was rude with it. Not good at all.

in the breakfast i missed fried eggs. in the breakfast , i found bacon only one of the 5 days of my stay. it should be available daily. Payment from the bar had to be done on the spot. I wanted to charge to my room. It was not possible. One bed matrace was sinking to the left side of the bed. It needs to be fixed.

The room was really comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend-festival trip. The staff was really helpful with check in and check out process. Parking is behind the gate so your car is always safe. Breakfast was top tier. The hotel is really close to S-bahn station which was a big plus. P.S. Greetings for the guy working at breakfast who told us he also likes j-hope and wished us to have fun at the festival see ya at the next concert!!

The location is very good near to many restaurants and one small mall and the train station

There were noisy students in the same floor everyday are trying to make loud noises every night. The reception were very helpful to tell them not to do any noises .But the students were not polite and listening to thier teacher. I guess the reception should be more strict with these students

The staff were very nice and helpful starting from receptionists to housekeepers and kitchen staff, great people. Breakfast was very good. Our 5 nights stay was great and kids loved it, place is family friendly too. The beds were comfortable, i needed 3 pillows due to my health condition and i got just what i asked for without problems. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely come back again. Its a great hotel and well located.

The noise from other guests especially teenagers or school kids maybe, omg they have no respect for other guests peace and quiet. Maybe hotel should do something about such complaints. The rooms are very hot, aircondition will be great that way guests can sleep with Windows closed, because as it is now, open windows invite all the noise from outside trains and sirens from ambulances.

I loved staying here! Staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very easy to reach: Gesundbrunnen station is 5 minutes away on foot and there is a shopping center right next to it. The room was very clean, quiet and warm. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is located in a position where it's easy to reach the most popular places and monuments of the city. When I'm going to visit Berlin again, I'm definitely going to stay here! Absolutely recommended! Thank you very much for the great service

I have no complaints

Loved the breakfast! The room was big enough, the location was great since it was close to trains/metro, the staff was super nice! They even let us leave our bags with them after check out, so we could go around Berlin without dragging all our stuff around. All in all it was a perfect stay.

The only thing I can mention is the fact that nowhere here I saw mentioned that the hotel is currently being renovated, which can be annoying to some.. We had no problems since we got up at 7am and came back late at night.

Excellent place to stay for a short city trip. Hotel is conveniently located next to a bigger train station. Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy options. Rooms are of decent size and bunk beds are nice for kids.

The room was a bit noisy at night and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a strange smell in the bathroom.
