The location is good, near U Bahn and S Bahn Station, well connected but with a down side that it is very noisy at night. There a big shopping center nearby where the station is, so you have all kinds of stores conveniently, food court and supermarkets. The hotel itself is a bid outdated inside but clean and kid friendly. They have a bunch of board games you can take to the room and play, small area for really young kids in the restaurant to keep them busy while you eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet is good and various, except that there are a lot of bees flying around so you might want to be careful with the sweet stuff

No AC as in most of places in Germany, which is not generally a problem, except when you are there during a heat wave as we were. The only way to cool down the room is opening the windows but then you get killed by the mass of mosquitoes or get up beaten up from the outside noise

I had a family room just for myself. Very clean, spacy room, with windows looking at the Humboldthain park and Flackturm, a historical monument from World War II. The staff was very helpful. There was no shampoo in the room, but the reception staff gave it to me, when I asked for it. Location was good for me, because it was near Gesundbrunnen, major railway junction in the north of Berin, which made it easy to go everywhere. Overall, had a great trip.

The location is not so central, not exactly one of the tourist quarters of Berlin, for me it was great, but if it's your first time in Berlin, might be a bit difficult to adjust

The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. It’s very close to a train station with U-Bahn, S-Bahn and DB lines, which makes it so easy to quickly get around the city. There’s also a direct train to Brandenburg airport - it’s worth staying here for the close transport links alone. Aside from the hotel, there didn’t seem to be many tourists in the area, it was very busy with locals during the day as there is a big shopping centre and lots of shops nearby, which was nice if you want to get a glimpse of everyday life in Berlin. There is an amazing currywurst shop next to the U-Bahn station! It’s was very quiet at night, particularly on the 5/10 mins walk to the train station, but felt safe.

The rooms are a bit dated - there’s no air con - and the walls are very thin, so you can hear other guests, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s good value for money and very clean! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, really easy to get around the city. Room was good, no aircon, but we knew that beforehand and the beds were comfortable. Staff in the bar and the breakfast room were really friendly. Great value, so if you are after a reasonably priced hotel with great access to the city, then you won't go far wrong.

We paid on arrival as we were specifically told at that time that it would be busy at checkout time when we left - so we would not have to queue. But when we tried to hand the keys back when we left , the lady at reception demanded we go to the back of the queue so she could 'check that we had paid'. And she was rude with it. Not good at all.

Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful receptionists. The rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, the beds comfortable … What’s also worth mentioning, downstairs, next to the reception there is a cosy bar with tasty coffee, cold beer, cocktails, snacks, ice cream etc. - open also late at night. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and U-/S-Bahn (5 min on foot). You can reach the strict city centre really easily and fast.

in the breakfast i missed fried eggs. in the breakfast , i found bacon only one of the 5 days of my stay. it should be available daily. Payment from the bar had to be done on the spot. I wanted to charge to my room. It was not possible. One bed matrace was sinking to the left side of the bed. It needs to be fixed.

Localisation is pretty convenient for travel and well communicated with the centre (watch out for rats in the park nearby though if you're walking to the hotel after dark). Staff is friendly and helpful, beds are reasonably comfy. I appreciated having a mini bar fridge in the room (it had a free bottle of water in it which was a nice touch).

Like in most hotels the possibility to segregate trash properly is missing. Also the sockets near the bed were a bit tricky to find.

The room was really comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend-festival trip. The staff was really helpful with check in and check out process. Parking is behind the gate so your car is always safe. Breakfast was top tier. The hotel is really close to S-bahn station which was a big plus. P.S. Greetings for the guy working at breakfast who told us he also likes j-hope and wished us to have fun at the festival see ya at the next concert!!

The location is very good near to many restaurants and one small mall and the train station

There were noisy students in the same floor everyday are trying to make loud noises every night. The reception were very helpful to tell them not to do any noises .But the students were not polite and listening to thier teacher. I guess the reception should be more strict with these students

Hotel located 6minutes walk from U Bahn. Breakfasts rich in selection, typical German products are also served. Good quality price ratio. Clean room.

Amenities are obsolete, lack of botle of water inside a room, lack of air conditioning. Uncomfortable surroundings ( quite risky in the night). Self cleaning after the meal but this is not too problematic. Beds and pillows quite obsolete. Generally some refurbishment is recommended
