The location for me was perfect as myself and Daughter were visiting family in the area. rail links for city directly across the road and easy to navigate, great price clean and comfortable, breakfast continental which had a good choice. Vietnamese restaurant just below also was very good and would recommend although the menu for it is in German their was an English speaking waiter.

Not having a kettle in the room for making tea & coffee, however I will stay there again.

- Late Check-in was very easy to follow. - Location is very good next to the train station. Connections to Berlin were easy to find from the nearby train station. - Room and bathroom were clean. - Internet connection was fast.

- Most of wall sockets were not working. Only the one next to bathroom was working. - TV was working but signal was very noisy, so almost no channels could be watched.

Exactly what we were looking for after a long day of driving. Convenient location off the highway but still quiet and close enough to Berlin. Hassle-free check in despite being a late one.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The Vietnamese restaurant on site was very nice. Our three person room was only set for one and the staff very quickly added the linens and towels for the other two.

It was unclear from the map exactly where the hotel was located.

I honestly loved the hospitality offered By Rocky the contact person at the reception.I also enjoyed services offered by the cleaning lady at the Hotel.It was exemplary perfect for my stay. I would refer more people at the Hotel!

Convenient location when travelling south to north. All working effectively and restaurant in house. Personel very serviceminded. Plus price/performance in top.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is small and cramped. The staff was very nice, especially the lady at breakfast. The hotel has an elevator, only to the second floor. The room was clean and spacious. The room had a refrigerator with paid drinks, a desk. The bathroom was spacious, relatively clean, everything worked fine. The plumbing in the shower was not sufficiently cleaned and contained plaque. Breakfast was enough to have a sandwich with coffee. Tea must be requested individually. There was no water and tea for self-preparation of this drink at breakfast.

Very good location. I have arrived at night and they key were wiating for me in the reception for a self check in. Easily to get to from motorway and easy to find even at night.

The instructions of self check-in in case of the receptionist's absence are clear. Spacious room and well ventilated.

The cocktail glasses in the room had some fingerprints and a little bit of dried tomato sauce on.

The staff was great and helped us carry our luggage upstairs.

I wish the elevator could go to the top floor.
