room is large, comfortable, clean, full facilities, large mirror for makeup, bed is so nice to sleep on, staff so friendly, they offer free shutter to central festival n hatyai bus station also, the location is great and peace.. they offer free luggage storage also in case arrive early than check in time.. location just opposite to central festival..easy parking, free coffee at lobby, shampoo & soap provided, also got hair dryer and fridge in room..

Courteous reception, away fr d city hustle n bustle unlike Lee Garden area u probably hear lots of noise, room is clean n with balcony .I like rooms without carpet. King size bed which is great for 2A /1C. Makro, Central Festival Mall, Asean Night Bazaar n Greenway Night Mkt is jz nearby. Hotel provide shuttle service to selected areas n as well as pick up. Stay here if u hv car. I dont mind to stay here again in future

Bathroom do not hv separate cubicle for shower.. I appreciate at least shower curtain, Water heater postioned r nit so right. The Covered car park r limited n can be very narrow too for turning out. (extra car park is available across d hotel)

The bed & towel, very clean & white. The cleanliness The balcony The aircond, very powerful The quiet & peaceful enviroment The location, is quiet not like the city center The seating area outside the lobby.

The coffee, has to go down and get so it doesn't make sense. You can still have the coffee facilities there since there is a seating area. But in the room should also have complimentary coffee sachets as this is quite standard in every hotel.

I love it this hotel was clean and comfortable The staff was friendly , location just walk 15 min to central Festive and makro mall I will come back again next trip .

Very close to every attraction place like Central Festival, Macro..Asean Night Market and many more.

It would be nice if they can provide microwave at their coffee place,so it can be use to reheat our food especially the 7e’s food ☺️

Clean and spacious bedroom. Got a small cozy balcony. Location near to Asean Night Bazar, Greenway Market, Makro and Central Festival Hatyai Mall

Limited parking and small parking area. You need to carefully adjust your car to get out of the car park. Its hard to find tuktuk. You need to walk to the main road to get tuktuk but it's fine if you come by car

Clean rooms and quite spacious. Staff was friendly able to speak simple English. Walking distance to Central Festival Plaza and Asean Night Market but maybe taxing for old people and those with walking problems.

Distance to eateries/shopping a bit out of the way. Much better to stay at Lee Gardens area where food is abundant and transportation at your doorstep. Had to take tuktuk mostly.
