Access to beach. Good staff and excellent breakfast.

Too crowded around pool area. When we booked the way the hotel was marketed indicated that all facilities were included however, upon check in we were informed that extra charges applied e.g. for rooftop pool area. Gym equipment was very limited and in poor condition. No facilities provided to dry clothes on balcony. Derelict buildings next door were an eyesore.

The hotel was very nice. Loved the big balconies. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best breakfast I’ve ever tried in a hotel.

It’s a 5-star hotel, so I expected the kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. in the bathroom. Also, I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay an extra for the rooftop…in a 5-star hotel. I can understand the spa, but not the daily access to the rooftop. And it was the first time I was charged for the coffee capsules in a 5-star hotel room. All 5-stars hotel include at least 2 capsules per day and person, milk capsules included. The staff was very polite, but a bit cold, snob and distant. My advice: be a bit more authentic and make your clients feel more welcome.

Overall, it was a very nice experience. Clean room and comfortable bed, the shower worked flawlessly, and we had a sea view. The beach 5-minute walk from the hotel and the train station is 15 min. Very friendly reception. They offered free beach towels, and we were able to lend some umbrellas from the hotel

We didn't like the breakfast options. Quantity over quality. I would suggest booking the room without breakfast and paying at the reception for one breakfast to see if they meet your expectations. After that, you can book it for the whole stay. We made reservations with BOOKING and we were not able to change them. I don't recommend laundry services.

Great Hotel. If I had to decide which star rating to give, I would not suggest a 5 star Hotel. Food was great. Prices were reasonable. Recommend rooftop pool for the day . 20 euros and cheaper than sunbeds on the beach. Silva, the host at the rooftop bar, was amazing and were made to feel welcomed ( as with all the staff, tbf ) Parking is expensive, and I would recommend it. Parking on the street 6 euro but do need to load the meter daily Would advise investing in pool side view as road side you are overlooked by more dared hotels. Would come again, but there are better resorts like Sitges not to far so headed there

The hotel was amazing, from check in to check out the staff were great. The reception team especially Krystina and Paula, always so polite and happy to help, lots of information provided upon check in. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Pool area was lovely although the table clearing could be done a bit quicker, one day by the pool dirty glasses plates and food on the floor were left for nearly 2 hours even though staff walked past many times. We used the roof top pool one day at a cost of 20 euros each - well worth it as the views and the vibe were wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal- Abdul and Natalie on the egg station were amazing! Leli in the restaurant always greeted us with a smile. Location of hotel was great too, 5 mins to beach, 2 mins to town. Also great idea of the hotel is 10 euro deposit for pool/beach towels which can be exchanged for fresh as many times as you like during your stay.

I know this sounds petty but for a fairly small pool area it is important to keep tables and seating areas clean so that people can sit down and relax. Also the bar area in the hotel didn't seem to be open at all whilst we were there, it would have been nice to have an indoor, air conditioned area to relax in, especially for older quests like my parents who struggled with the heat a bit.

Really friendly staff. Very clean and bright rooms. Good lunch menu by the pool. Breakfast was great - lots of options, including omelettes made in front of you.

Am surprised this hotel has a 5* rating. Perhaps it’s because it may have 5* facilities for some guests, but they’re not available to all. To access the rooftop pool it is €20 per day for regular guests, unless you’re in the suites. Likewise, access to indoor spa area is chargeable for regular guests. Staff serving the pool area were great but it felt as though they needed at least one more member of staff - they were rushed off their feet and it impacted service on a few occasions. Rooms need a book that advise on all of the facilities, services and opening times to avoid having to guess or ring down to reception.

Room is fine is not what I went but i ok . As regarding Breakfast is excellent food and services Pool is fine is to small or adult

Lovely hotel, modern, very clean. Ideally located. Swimming pools both great, no expense soared on decor and fittings.

The food breakfast was £22 each, thought this was expensive. The evening meal was £30, only had this once, salads great, cheese selection, deserts all good. Hot selection not so good. In the room, you had to pay for your coffee, quite strange. Swimming pool needed a wioe around the edge and decking replaced as buckled.

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast is perfect (it was the best decision to include it into out stay): there was a wide range of dishes. It is really convenient to get to the beach. There is a blackout that helps you to sleep sound and the beds are really comfortable.

The only thing that was’t enjoyable is the loud sound of running water. I guess that the neighbors were taking shower at 3:00AM. But due to the specific design of the bathrooms the sound of water was as noisy as Niagara falls.

So much to love about this hotel - it was very new & modern looking, pool area was lovely - the main pool area doesn’t get much sun but for €10 you can use the roof top pool & bar which is really luxe and well worth the extra money. Rooms were beautiful, stylish & clean. Comfy beds. Lovely balcony.

The only problem with this hotel is the soundproofing - you could hear everything, I could hear the person next door snoring and flicking the light switches on & off. Some nights were better than others. If you’re a light sleeper take ear plugs!!
