The hotel was situated in the centre of a quiet town. It was easy to find, parking was on the street but easy. The receptionist was friendly and our room was quirky. We booked a superior room and was given 302. It had low slanted ceilings but consisted of a large room, bathroom with a spa bath, another smaller bathroom with sink and toilet. The was a balcony off the spa bath bathroom. All the rooms had large windows and the bedroom looked out over the harbour. The only word of warning is if you’re tall the room may not suit you, but we really liked it. Breakfast was good with lots of options including lots of fruit. They had run out of yogurt and the owner went straight out and bought some for me, really kind. A lovely family run hotel. There only a couple of places to eat, one was an expensive restaurant and the other just round the corner sold good local food, including lots of fish at a really reasonable price. There were beautiful beachs each side of the town.

we loved this little hotel.just what we needed for a quiet relaxing break. The hotel is smartly furnished and our superior room had 2 armchairs which is unusual in many double rooms. Excellent breakfast. The best thing is the location in a small very quiet village on the way to nowhere so no traffic . parking was always easy just by hotel. 3or 4 beaches in village which has a little grocery which is well stocked and who will make you sandwiches.small bars too for an evening glass of wine. We didn't eat in the village but it has several reataurants and bars for tapas. the setting is wonderful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, for instance with recommendations for supper, even though it was quite late at night. The room was not large but was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of tasty options, and the hotel staff-person at breakfast was proactive and helpful.

We weren't quite sure at first where to park the car. It turned out we could park on the street in front of the hotel, and we easily found a spot. This was fine, but maybe it would be good to provide that information by email, so guests know exactly what to do as they arrive.

We paid extra for the Suite, and it was fantastic. Really spacious and comfortable with an amazing rooftop balcony. Definitely worth the upgrade. Breakfast was very good, in standard Spanish style. Parking was possible in the street right outside. The room even had a small fridge stocked with a few minibar items, which was useful for keeping our own drinks cold. Also an electric kettle.

No glasses, cups or coffee/tea in the room, despite the minibar and the kettle. We went down to the breakfast room and found what we needed to take up to the room. I'm sure reception would help if asked.

Free parking nearby(100 meters). Owners were friendly Comfortable bed Nice bathroom Perfectly cleaned room There is a lift Good breakfast included, vast choice of food, freshly pressed orange juice and homemade cakes were really appreciated. Note that some 4 stars hotels only offer industrial orange juice in their continental breakfast. Overall it could be classified as a 3 stars.

Two really minor notes I almost got a heart attack when I arrived there and noone was at the reception. Mine was a last minute booking so I understand that they were probably unaware of my arrival. Not a big issue as they arrived in 20 minutes so if you are in my same situation you just have to ring the bell and wait for somebody to show up. They do come, just wait. Minor noises from the outside but at midnight they were over.

Tucked away in a quiet street the hotel has been completely renovated to a very high standard. There are bars within walking distance as is the beach, Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and was of good quality. The spa bath was a bonus.

There was a festa on the day we arrived and unfortunately all the restaurants were closed in the village. The nearest one recommended was is a small town several miles away. The road the hotel is situated on is one way and narrow and there is no unloading space. There is no parking at the hotel but there is parking about 100 m away. Satnav does get you to the hotel but it is not easy to find

A very nice hotel just a few steps from a sandy seashore, with a few bars and eating places to choose from. The lady at the desk spoke good English and gave us a warm welcome. Free parking on the street outside.

Lovely staff and a warm welcome. Very good quality hotel. Great location. So many beautiful areas all around. Great walks and lovely beaches. Beautiful weather but not too hot. Great tapas places close to the hotel. Superb restaurant less than five minutes walk. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff member serving at breakfast was excellent. Really helpful and provided service with a smile every day. Thank you to all at Viento del Norte.

Friendly efficient staff, deep bath, beautiful galleria in our room.

It would be great to start breakfast a bit earlier than 9am, so walkers and people travelling can get away a bit earlier.

Really nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great 5 mins walk to the beach. We found loads of free parking around the hotel each evening. Hotel over the road does nice food. No problems a really nice stay in a wonderful little village.
