The charm of the property, small properties with all amenities of larger hotel. The chef is providing a good culinary experience, we enjoyed our stay even if it was to visit local company.

We like to walk at night and the property being set in a charming area is a bit remote for walks or if you need something in a store. That being said the property, its ground are just beautiful.

A beautiful 100 year old property set in very well maintained grounds, the room was spacious and furnished with furniture that reflected the style. The tiling was very special. We found the staff very friendly and enjoyed a very good dinner. Breakfast was fine too. We would stay again.

Some things are a bit tired but it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. We would suggest putting more exterior seating to enjoy the lovely gardens.

We much appreciated the help given to us by the manager. He was very helpful, showed us where to store our bicycles, and explained the menu to us in great detail which was all in Spanish. He was genuinely friendly and made every effort to ensure we had a nice stay and even allowed us to have an earlier breakfast. The hotel is in a lovely setting with good views all around. Given the quality and uniqueness of the hotel and its history, we felt the price for B&B (which was a bit more than we usually paid), was reasonable.

Beautiful, large, comfortable room, amazing building

We weren’t very hungry, but they would not allow us to share a single nice meal, which is what we wanted. Instead, they offered a “light plate“ of chicken, which was terrible. So we saw people near us eating wonderful dinners, and our food was awful, no reason why we couldn’t be allowed to share a meal, just “policy“. That policy is why our review is not better.

Welcoming was very friendly, bed was very comfortable and the terrace is fantastic. We also enjoyed the gardens.

If I have to pick something, it would be breakfast just because I missed some fresh salad. In all fairness I did not ask for it because I’m shy.

An elegant villa, beautiful restored with minute attention to detail. The gardens are also beautiful and perfectly manicured. Staff were super helpful and attentive. A very pleasant experience!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. small amount of fruit, no yogurt, not much choice…

Breakfast and service were excellent. The venue is an excellent function centre with plenty of parking and well cared for gardens . It is a beautifullypresented building

Very beautiful, exceptional building completely renovated lately. Very friendly, helpful staff. Absolutely surprised about our dinner which definitely deserved a Michelin Star. Dog friendly !

The bedroom and bathroom provided everything you would expect in a palace. Amazing big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and you could help yourself to make as much coffee or tea as you wished. The breakfast room was a pleasant and clean environment. The location of the hotel was in a peaceful small village but not far from Ferrol which is a fair sized town with all the facilities like shopping, etc.

Very elegant 1923 home beautifully converted to a boutique hotel.  the views from our upstairs rooms over the countryside were lovely. The meals were scrumptious, The staff were gracious and accommodating.
