Excellent location, great staff and wonderful amenities right on the water. This is truly a 4 star property with a dedicated, efficient and helpful staff, a great location on the water near the old town and valet parking. Their guest services manager helped us out with restaurant reservations and other suggestions and was very helpful.

My only complaint was a shortage of plugs for charging electronics in convenient locations like next to the bed.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful. The location is also fairly central so you have plenty of access to the sites. The breakfast room is lovely, with lots of windows and light and a view of the water, and the buffet is of a good quality also.

The bedroom I was in - which was on the 2nd floor - was within reach of loud, pumping music through until midnight. My friends on higher floors were also able to hear it, so I wasn't sure if it was due to bars near to the hotel or if it was music coming from within the hotel bar itself, but it was very disruptive for our sleep (I do appreciate it was a Friday night so we were unusual in needing an early night). I was also disappointed to find the swimming pool was out of use as it was empty: I'm not sure if that's seasonal or if it's under maintenance, but it would have been a nice spot for a swim.

A very spacious, well equipped 5 star hotel on the edge of A Coruna Old Town, adjacent to the port and marina, but within walking distance of the coast and some very pleasant coastal walks. Whilst our usual preference is for smaller boutique-type hotels, we were not disappointed with the quality or comfort of this larger hotel, with attached fitness centre and sports club. Our suite, with sea view, was spacious and well appointed and overall service excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, I can say without hesitation, the most choices of hot and cold food that I have ever experienced and all of excellent quality. The views from the restaurant were very good and the quality of dishes/food at both breakfast and dinner were wonderful with smiling, helpful and welcoming staff throughout.

I was surprised that the main hotel pool was being cleaned and refilled during our entire 4 night stay, but there were other pools, part of the fitness centre/sports club that I assume we could have utilised if we had wished to do so (in fairness we didn't ask as we were busy exploring the area).

This hotel has a nice location in a tranquil area of the city. The staff is professional as one should expect in a high quality hotel. You will be comfortable staying here.

When I booked this I anticipated swimming in one of the pools they advertise. However, they were both closed. After exploring the property I learned that one can swim in the Olympic sized pool at the adjacent health club. This was decent but it sure would have been nice to have a well heated section of any of these pools just for those who want to splash around as opposed to swimming laps. They need to update the electrical outlets to accommodate the many devices we carry nowadays.

We stayed here for two nights after completing the Camino Ingles and were delighted with this hotel’s location, amenities and the value for the price. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The whirlpool tub in the room was perfect for soaking our aching muscles. Complementary glass of champagne in the evening was greatly appreciated. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of options. Also had valet parking for a price much less than local parking lots. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Highly recommend this hotel in A Coruña!

Great hotel in excellent location with really good facilities especially the large external terrace area with pools and cafeteria. We booked a suite with harbour views which was superb and at a very reasonable cost for that standard of room.

One issue with our particular room. We had the 2nd floor suite with the harbour view which was excellent except on the Friday night of our stay there was a function at the hotel with live music just below us until almost 3am in the morning making sleeping almost impossible. Recommend you request a room on the 3rd floor or above.

A fantastic hotel situated on the coast but close to historic attractions (such as the Tower of Hercules, an ancient Roman lighthouse and the national military museum) and some great restaurants and bars. The hotel boasts access to a large sports complex with a huge (heated) outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a well-equipped gym floor that I really enjoying using. The staff were friendly and discrete and the hotel was a short taxi ride from the station, but also less than an hour by taxi from the Santiago airport if you're coming directly.

Location was very good, near the harbor and down town. We ate in once for dinner in their restaurant and had good food and service breakfast was comprehensive. Concierge was extremely helpful and provided a list of very good restaurants. We were there for 4 nights and used as a base for other towns and destinations. They have a lot of facilities on site, swimming pool, pickle courts etc.

The hotel is a bit tired. It is showing its age and could do with being upgraded

Fantastic suite. Perfect for 50th birthday celebration and for our dog. Provided a doggie bed & water bowl. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was good. Staff were all very nice. They parked our car for us. We walked to a supermarket & then laundromat nearby which was great after a week in the road. Shower/tub was good; hot water & good pressure. I would stay here again.

It was great but the total cost for the dog + parking was the same as some of the other total cost for a hotel room on our trip ; a little too much for those things.

Hôtel had no outdoor space for relaxing quietly. The huge health complex on the ground floor was not part of the hotel although we had access to it, it was quite unpleasant - lots of children, many smokers and a smell of fried food from the cafe. Hence we couldn’t swim sadly.
