Modern, clean apartment Perfect size for two Good amount of glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen appliances provided Quiet Building Large TV

We were given a code the day that we checked in and by the time we got to the property at 9pm our code wouldn’t work, leaving us locked out. We spent half an hour calling the property and got no response. Finally, a member of staff picked up and we were given a different code that worked. The same thing happened two days later and then again the day after that. It’s a shame because we really loved the place apart from this issue but it’s quite annoying that it happened 3 times and we were especially worried about getting locked out late at night after being out and getting no response from the owners.

Spacious apartment with separate bathrooms and terrace with sun loungers as well as had the ground floor one. Easy to access. Kitchen was clean and had adequate utensils. On arrival both toilets didn’t stop flushing but within an hour someone came to fix and both parts were replaced and worked fine afterwards. Very speedy response with apologies from Laura.

As mentioned in other reviews, its location is off a very busy road, reachable via 2 short escalators but impossible to park nearby so it’s better to drop luggage and park your car at paid parking (€24 for 24 hours) at about 5 minutes walk. It was hard to work out the induction stove, some explanation would be nice. There was no kettle but this was going to be sorted. Overall these are small points and generally our stay was very pleasant.

Very nice apartment, clean, modern, big and comfortable. The building has also been renovated.

The street has stairs. The escalator only goes up (not down) and sometimes does not work. Obviously not an apt problem but you should bear this in mind. Also communication was very slow, I only got responses to my questions after insisting many times and it got to the point that I thought I would have to cancel the reservation and find another apt. Fortunately that was not necessary.

1.didn't know to get dropped off at bottom of the street and get escalators up to block of flats 2.hated nespresso machine 3.microwave too high for me to use 4 .coat hooks too high to reach 5.the view 6.traffic noise 7.the fact you didn't see anyone other than cleaning lady 8 .three instruction books for washing machine none for induction cooker ..took me ages to work it out 9.studio apt so noise of fridge very loud ..had to use earplugs 10.mosqitos even though we kept windows shut . 11 smaller than expected ..photos made it look much bigger 12. incredibly uncomfortable settee. 13 .limited cooking utensils

A fabulous studio apartment in a beautifully renovated old building. The old stone walls are visible & the ceiling beams. The modern decoration is very tasteful, attractive & high quality. The kitchen is a good size for meal preparation. It is 15 minutes walk to the station & easily accessible for the old port & beaches. Beatriz was helpful when we had a few small issues. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend studio 3B!

It would be helpful to have a kettle in the kitchen. We would also have appreciated a traditional espresso maker for use on the hob (there is only a Nespresso pod machine).

Great location for exploring the city and the property was very clean. Comfortable beds and very good bathroom and shower facilities. Spacious and modern interiors.

There was no Kettle but we could boil water for hot drinks in a pan. Unfortunately, the sofa was quite uncomfortable. If travelling in a car you should be aware there is no parking close by. Our basement apartment did have outdoor space but was very dark both inside and out. Photos of the individual apartments are not on the listing - just the penthouse.

Beautiful stylish apartment with plenty of very well planned space. In a Great location with easy access to shops , bars and supermarkets. Will definitely be back! We loved it!

The kitchen was equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob and microwave but there was no kettle which surprised me. Also no microwaveable cookware to use in the microwave. A towel for drying dishes would have been useful too. Theses additions would have been helpful but in no way spoiled our experience in this apartment.

An excellent stay makes or breaks your entire trip. I've stayed in 8 places in A Coruña, mostly long term rentals in different parts of the city, and this is the *only* one I would wholeheartedly recommend. The thought put into the lighting design alone distinguishes it from all of its competitors. From how phenomenally management cares for you to how gorgeous the suites are, this place isn't just a nice place to stay, it genuinely gives you a sense of home in A Coruña and makes your trip worth the effort. Everything is beyond perfect. It was simply a perfect stay, in a unparalleled suite, in a perfectly located area.

I loved it all

The location is very good, it takes 20 minutes of walking to get to the city center. The apartment is very clean and there is a property agent on Whatsapp who is very helpful and answers all your questions.

What we didn't like is that we got an apartment on the first floor that is not shown in the pictures, and unfortunately, that apartment is not as nice as the one shown in the photos, so if that could be an issue ask for photos of that apartment. Don't get me wrong, the apartment is very clean and everything is new, but it is not what you see in pictures.

Spacious and airy, lovely decor, handy washing machine

Just lots of little things - no kettle, no sink plug, body wash was empty, hand wash bottle wasn’t working properly, front door handle was loose, lots of dirt/mold visible behind the shower seal, building works going on in front of property. Couch was not that comfy as it is a pull out and the cushion kept slipping out.
