Great location. They have a good arrangement with a local parking garage. You just register your car number and can come and go when you like. Only €13 a day if you stay more than 3 days. Nice bathroom with a really big shower

There are 7 steps from the street to the reception desk. We are in our late 70’s and it was very difficult to drag our luggage up the steps. Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice No Restaurant or bar in the hotel even though it’s 4 star.

The room was in the 6th floor and was very quiet. Nice size and with a huge double bed. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom had a good size, with a very large shower. The staff were very nice and helpful. The cleaner even left as a message for International Kiss Day. It was very thoughful and cute. Breakfast was vary and with loads of options. The hotel is very central located and you can walk to the old part of the city, were all the bars and restaurants to visit were.

The size of the wardrobe was a bit too small compare to the rest of the bedroom. The window was facing an inner courtyard. Not a nice view. It was a hot weekend at the begining of the spring and we couldn't put the Aircon, cause it is set to be used as heater during winter and aircon in summer.

My experience in Spain, my first time visiting, was immensely enjoyable. I was fortunate to encounter wonderful weather which greatly enriched my experience as a Chinese traveler. Above most things, I reveled in the comforts of my hotel and the welcoming nature of almost every place I visited. A major point I found in my favour was the widespread acceptance of English as a medium of communication, which rendered the need for deep Spanish language acquisition unnecessary. This simplified dealing with affairs related to my stay substantially. Interactions with the local populace was another highlight. Their inherent friendliness and helpfulness made a lasting impression on me - reflected profoundly in every polite gesture extended by the hotel counter staff every time I returned from a work-intensive day. Their genuine smiles were comforting as was their eagerness to assist, proven by their willingness to arrange an early morning taxi for my upcoming flight. One particular selling point is the notable cleanliness, comfort, and spacious accommodation offered at the hotel, the generous size of the sofa being a delightful bonus. Evening times, spent lounging and indulging in a good read or relaxing to music after refreshing myself with a well-deserved shower, were moments to cherish. The tranquillity managed to effectively and effortlessly mitigate the day's exhaustion.

I don’t know whether I should say that : 1. The room don’t have toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers which is almost a standard supply in China’s hotel, though I know many EU hotel don’t provide this and I also prepared for it. 2. Some time the outside is little noisy for me.

The room was enormous, as was the bed! Beautiful, clean, excellent staff who spoke English. Great location in the centre of town and a short, 5 minute walk from the beach. Exactly as pictured in the brochure. Our room had a mini fridge and kettle with large mugs.

The terrace pictured in the brochure is only open for private events and it would have been great if it was open at all times. More comfortable seating in the lobby as there is no place to relax when you get back in the evening.

Most staff were helpful, and the room was spacious

When I tried to check in for the first time, the receptionist ignored me and went straight to a well-dressed couple next to me, who had arrived after me. She had seen me waiting for the people before me and decided to discount me entirely. I walked out before I went ballistic and returned 30 mins later. A different receptionist treated me better when I returned.

The property is very, very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in center of city, close to shopping and excellent restaurants. Very quiet area of city and excellent public transportation.

The only thing I did not like is the entrance to the hotel has a set of approximately seven or eight steps which make it difficult to handle luggage entering and leaving. Personnel are very willing to accommodate the luggage issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the shower was excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect: right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

The air conditioner in our room took a little time to warm up, but once it did, it worked perfectly and maintained a consistent temperature.

Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

We booked the hotel after reading an article in the Daily Mail newspaper (UK) as it sounded great and also was described as having a roof top terrace. Upon enquiring how to get to it we were disappointed to find out it was only available for events.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a young girl when I arrived that was clearly in her first days of work and was a little lost (even blew her nose in front of us). However, quickly her boss arrived and everything went well! Check-in was smooth, we arrived early and even managed to get one of our rooms. They also helped us several times with breakfast, calling a cab and doing a late check-out. Breakfast is great, lots of options and tasty food. The rooms are confortable, big and bathroom is well equiped as well. The mini-fridge works great, but it was empty when we arrived.

Well... it's a 4 star hotel, just not a good one. There's no bar or restaurant inside the hotel. The bathrooms have that trendy glass door that I hate. Also it did not close properly, so you could see / hear your loved one in it. The mini-fridge had only one bottle of water when we arrived and it was not refilled during our stay. The double bed is also two separeted beds together. Everything seems a little outdated, a renovation wouldn't be a bad idea.

Overall my stay was good. Without a doubt, the hotel's location is its most outstanding feature. Situated in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of the city centre, the beach, restaurants, and shops. For travellers who want to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes, this hotel is a top choice. My room, while comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The most significant drawback was the unattractive views. I was met with a rather unsightly view of a neighbouring building, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. It did take away from the overall ambiance of the room.
