Place was very quiet. Centrally located close to all ammenities. Super close to restaurants.(Montana's is in the same parking lot). Staff is very friendly

Breakfast was rediculously slow because there is only one household toaster to try and keep up with all of the people looking to toast something. Get a belt style toaster so the wait is not so long. Pool area could use some tlc. Tiles are lifting and slippery.

I love the located its central to all businesses and a walking distance to the Montana and Tim Horton's.

Scrambled eggs were not thoroughly hot. I know the receptionist was busy with check-outs. I think their should be an assistant or at least someone to assist with the complimentary breakfast part.

I left when you were in a transition of accounting/billing of some sort. I'm still awaiting my final bill. You weren't able to issue it at time of departure. I can see the amounts that went through on my Visa card but they don't exactly match up with what I was expecting when I checked out. It may have been because I extended my stay till about 3:30 p.m. (flight was delayed). I accepted that I would be charged an extra night for those hours of extension on May 4. Kaitlon assisted me and Elissa. Two amounts were mentioned that I should expect to see charged: $285.04 and $468.90. Michael Hetherington.

The front office was excellent the staff assisted and address any concerns I had like the tv or needing a cab, very professional and always addressed the concern in a timely manner with a smile.

The carpet down the hallway is older and seems it needs a good cleaning.

We were traveling from Calgary to temiscaming. We got in around 3:00am and Booker an extra night to rest up for the last leg of our trip. Even with all the people checking in and out, as well as house keeping cleaning rooms it was quite in the room and we slept well.

yogurt cups and fruit was good - coffee eggs, bread and bagels not appealing, dry and rubbery tea and hot chocolate were good

coffee full bodied and dark roast would have made my morning - not the stale flavourless automatic coffee

- parking lot was good (safe parking) - the swimming pool & hot tub were working - the swimming pool had a salt water feel to it. (Not overly chlorinated like some other hotels) - the beds were comfortable - the breakfast was good, but there was no hot food options (ie: egg / sausages) other than hard boiled egg & machine pancakes.

- there were no pool towels available in the pool

We had to find arrangements on short notice and were able to get two nights at the Days Inn. Breakfast was included and the pool was open. Room was excellent. Staff were very polite and accommodating our needs. Restaurants close by were perfect for our dinner needs as well.

No complaints. Only compliments from us regarding this stay.

The staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in the lobby, service was quick, & friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the jacuzzi was AMAZING . It was a continental breakfast with a pancake maker, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, toast, coffee & juice. Perfect for the light breakfast eaters. Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely return!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Booked on two separate occasions, for two nights back to back. The staff made sure we did not have to change rooms, even though we had booked a suite one night and a dbl room the next!
