Christian from the reception showed us and explained all parts of the hotel,helped us a lot with excellent tips about trips in the area, and also Johanna from the hotel staff helped us with important tourist information. The breakfast was very varied and every request we made was met with a positive response.We also took advantage of the option for Dinner on site and really enjoyed the very varieed and high quality meals. Thank you Christian and Johanna !

Check-in by very friendly lady. Breakfasts were excellent, as were the daily-changing dinner menus. Staff were all-round very friendly and accommodating. Electric car charger available. My sister had her birthday while there, and received several items that were very thoughtful. At check-out we received a small bottle of spiced salt that was used by the cook - very nice. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Not easy to find something negative. However, bedrooms were too warm, and couldn't find a way to regulate. Opening the windows done the trick.

Loved our stay here. The staff were superb- kind and helpful. Rooms were tidy and met our needs although a bit tight for a family of 4. Facilities were great, nice bar, loved the outdoor sauna and spa facilities, restaurant was great. Sitting on the balcony and appreciating the view was so much fun. Would love to come back.

The hotel was incredible, we had an astonishing view from our room, the service was amazing and we were treated very nicely, a special thank you to Christian and Valentina.

The only thing we didn't like that the mattress of the extra bed.

The location, the views from the patio and the rooms. The breakfast was prepared fresh with no hot box for the likes of eggs and bacon. Dinner was wonderful with a wide selection on the al a carte and set menues. Parking is easy and so is access to the hotel.

Great location. Very friendly staff. 8-15 minutes from several cable cabins and many hiking routes around. Amazing view from our room.

What a beautiful hotel. From the location to services and staff, everything was just amazing. The reception, restaurant and spa personnel couldn't have been more professional ans nicer. One of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Only one thing.....hot water in the shower. The water pressure was not great and he hot water wasn't very reliable.

The hotel was lovely. Spa was great and so was the food. We loved our stay and would come again. It was my birthday during our stay and they sent a card and a bottle of wine to help me celebrate. A very nice surprise.
