Well kept property conveniently located 5 min walk to a small, but good grocery store and a bakery and ~ 12 min walk to the beautiful beach along a path. The apartment was nice and well equipped with a good size balcony, which was great for a family of 5. You can also walk to the city center ~ 20 min, but we sometimes chose to take the car as it was quite easy to find parking.

The mattresses are a bit hard and it is very light in the living room if you sleep on the bed sofa (better bring a sleep mask). It seems a bit strange that when you stay more than three nights, you pay extra for bed linens and towels. But it was clearly communicated, so it was not a problem.

Simple but spacious room, nice building.

I wish we had stayed here longer! A well equipped, spacious and high quality finished apartment with lovely views of the pool, the overlooking mountains and the sea from a generous balcony. Staff welcome was superb and personal. Both swimming pools were very clean and well designed. Full size bathtub was a fabulous bonus. No hesitation in recommending, particular for a family holiday.

Literally nothing. If I could design a family oriented holiday villa resort, it would look + feel a lot like this.

The location is ideal, with ample parking facilities. The reception staff was highly responsive and efficient, ensuring a smooth and positive check-in experience.

The double bed was actually a sofa bed, which I had assumed would be a proper bed. One morning, an elderly cleaning staff member pointed his finger at us because we had been sitting at the pool after it had closed. Overall, however, the experience was positive.

Very good location, nice and spacious apartments and parking available. Friendly and helpful staff. Problem with ants in the apartment (there were many on the island) was solved immediately.

The kitchen was a bit outdated, and an oven would be nice.

We really liked the peaceful atmosphere since we stayed in June when it wasn’t crowded. The pool was also a great way to relax after a busy day.

We did not like that the furniture was worn out and that there was no soap, sponge, or paper towel in the kitchen.

The enormous balcony was incredible and the flat was very spacious. I adored the garden around the property. Swimming pool looked nice.

Maybe the location wasn't ideal for us. When I walked my dog, someone threw some objects at my dog from the open window (not in the hotel but next door).

we loved it, bakery and supermarket 5 minutes walking distance, 200 meters is a cool oldschoolgym. very clean place great pools, lovely garden, comfy beds and quiet aera. we would love to come back.

WiFi wasnt the best

It's a pleasant complex, new modern facilities, clean, very friendly staff, parking, nice landscaping, and a feeling of being in a residential complex with 2 pools. Very practical for holidaying families.

Nothing to dislike, but the description of "beachfront" is not accurate. The property has 2 swimming pools and the beach Plage de L'Île-Rouse is about 1 km away and can be reached by crossing the main road and railroad. It's a nice beach with several restaurants that reaches up to the town of L'Île-Rouse and offers a nice walk.

Good location, big parking. We have problem with some door but Bernard was super friendly and repaired it quickly, great guy.

It happened that no one at front desk was speaking English(not at all). Pools are quite deep(except one really small, which is 10 cm deep), not suitable for kids, that can't swim.
