very nice hotel located on the edge of the center. a nice big room, excellent shower, very good beds, fridge, a spacious (paid) parking and very friendly and helpful staff. when after one day the air conditioning refused service we got a quick upgrade to a comparable room with a nice large balcony.

Centrally located in the small elegant town Tudela. Reception clerk very freindly and helpfull. Room spacious and super clean, and its the first hotel the mirror designed with the shaving men in mind.

Could add vegetables to breakfast, but this is an issue common to all hotels in Spain. Otherwise: nothing to complain about. Tuesday night 90% of this town was closed in the evening, don't know if this is common or just our luck.

You cannot complain about the rooms - there is nothing to complain about. Having stayed at this hotel a few times now - it would be good if they changed their menu in the dining room - its been exactly the same for the last few years.

The location was very convenient for the town where there were some nice shops, bars and a lovely florist. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was good .

I think the room would benefit from some redecoration as there were marks on the walls, but the room was a good size and also the bathroom was roomy

I thought the staff were fantastic with great recommendations on where to eat, always greeting me by my name during my stay which made me feel at home. The breakfast was nice and fresh with a good range. The gym facilities were good also with a good range of simple equipment with the sauna and steam room.

The road access getting in was challenging even with the directions provided early. It was good that the hotel sent it out prior to arriving to set the expectations. I am sure it will be nice once it is finished! :)

Secure onsite parking. Short walk to lively town square (evening food and drink). Friendly staff. No unpleasant surprises. Only 20 minutes from Bardenas Reales badlands.

Not much. A bit tricky navigating to the town centre and finding the entrance with a car, even with a SatNav.

This is a gem of hotel - absolutely lovely with the friendliest of staff. If you can stay here stay. Its beautiful. The rooms are huge and very welcoming. Restaurant is lovely. Stayed twice now. Great and secure parking.

Air con in bedroom not that good really. Was okay - but wasnt that cold.

City centre location with all facilities of the town within easy walking distance. Secure car parking available. Smart, clean hotel.

Although in what appeared to be a quiet street, it was unexpectedly noisy overnight.

First room has a strong smoking smell, but reception offered us immediately new room. There is no bar but free coffee and lemon water available.
