The room was fab, spacious, modern, quiet, and very comfortable. Lady on reception extremely helpful and friendly.

Lack of facilities ~ bar only open at certain times, so getting drinks was difficult, vending machine not always full, nowhere of quality to eat in the vicinity ~ main environment lacked atmosphere. Breakfast disappointing re choice, coffee from machine was not nice nor did it dispense full amounts. Old Town is not very appealing due to a lack of amenities, derelict buildings, and tagging. The hotel itself is a step above. It's a shame on first sight it looked beautiful.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic centre of the city. It has its own secure outdoor parking area nearby. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good choice. Overall a great experience.

Driving to the hotel was tricky because GoogleMaps too us through very narrow streets; unfortunately we scraped our car. I would suggest asking the hotel for directions and follow them strictly because there is a wider route available.

It will be helpful if parking situation will be explained. Apparently it’s not a free parking and not very easy to get through. You can not drive to the hotel as it’s a pedestrian street, so one person has to run to the hotel to get a key and after drive to the parking and carry luggage on the street. It will be easier if parking instructions will and entry code will be send a day prior.

Location in centre opposite an amazing frontage on the town Hall., nice to sit on balcony.. Easy to walk to all the sites, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of fruit and was set up in a splendid underground room. Well placed car park for a historic town centre and getting to it was a fun challenge round the narrow streets. Interesting town with lots to see and good location to tour round the local countryside and bodegas. They produce some good wines in the area.

No instructions for air conditioning or safe so could not get room temperature right or use safe.

Everything. The location was excellent, in the old town. We knew nothing about Tarazona but it turned out to be a wonderful old Spanish village steeped in history. It was easy to stop right outside the door to unload luggage. The parking was about four minutes by car (one way streets) but then only three minutes walking to the hotel. Everything looked new and hardly used. Maria the part owner/receptionist/breakfast waitress was very helpful. They have a very comfortable bar immediately adjacent to reception. The room was of more than adequate size with a balcony overlooking the square. The bathroom was superb. It would be impossible not to be comfortable in a room like this. We asked Maria for recommendations for a restaurant and after two failures found us a pleasant restaurant within five minutes walk, she even left the hotel and walked with us for a minute to put us in the right direction.

The staff is very kind, friendly and going the extra mile for the guests. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is also recomandable.

Brilliant location situated directly opposite a magnificent medieval town hall. Lovely atmosphere

Stay was rather spoilt by an out break of Gastroentiritus affecting the towns water supply. Decided not to eat in the town as was first day of out tour.

No lift. 4 flights of stairs with luggage, but it is an old building.

Great location. Large comfortable room with excellent shower. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Car park was a little way from the hotel.

This is a super hotel in a central location in the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is private parking available which we used. We highly recommend
