What a gem this place is. We were on a motorbike tour in the region and booked this place on a whim. The location is ideal, right in the centre in a nice square. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate and the rooms are modern and top notch. Lovely walk in shower in bathroom, free washing bits, gels, toothbrush, etc. Nice air conditioning. They also have a nice bar on site. Importantly for motorcyclists they have secure garage parking, although this is located a couple of street away buts its not far. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options. All in all, this is an excellent place to stay, perfect after a long days riding.. !

I honestly can't think of ay bad points, we really loved this place.

The room was fab, spacious, modern, quiet, and very comfortable. Lady on reception extremely helpful and friendly.

Lack of facilities ~ bar only open at certain times, so getting drinks was difficult, vending machine not always full, nowhere of quality to eat in the vicinity ~ main environment lacked atmosphere. Breakfast disappointing re choice, coffee from machine was not nice nor did it dispense full amounts. Old Town is not very appealing due to a lack of amenities, derelict buildings, and tagging. The hotel itself is a step above. It's a shame on first sight it looked beautiful.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic centre of the city. It has its own secure outdoor parking area nearby. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was a buffet style with a good choice. Overall a great experience.

Driving to the hotel was tricky because GoogleMaps too us through very narrow streets; unfortunately we scraped our car. I would suggest asking the hotel for directions and follow them strictly because there is a wider route available.

Beautifully upgraded hotel in a lovely building in the centre of Tarazona. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, good A/C (it was 39C outside!). Good bar. Very helpful staff and easy check in. Car parking was near but down some very narrow streets. Very secure with electronic gate.

Breakfast was OK, but not a good selection of meats, however only €7!

It will be helpful if parking situation will be explained. Apparently it’s not a free parking and not very easy to get through. You can not drive to the hotel as it’s a pedestrian street, so one person has to run to the hotel to get a key and after drive to the parking and carry luggage on the street. It will be easier if parking instructions will and entry code will be send a day prior.

Most welcoming and helpful staff - shown to parking at a time when street works made this tricky. Good towels. Attractive clean modern room with good jungle shower. Nice cafe bar and seating in attractive square Decent modestly priced breakfast

Nothing springs to mind

It is a challenging location to drive-possible to receive at least one little car scratch. Excellent private parking is provided. The room was comfortable and buffet breakfast very good.

It is an easy walk downhill to town, but for those who prefer driving, a nuisance.

Quiet location for a good sleep. The room was comfy, with a good shower and large bed. It was convenient to have a fridge a TV with apps like Netflix. Great shower too.

It would be great to have a kettle in the room for making tea/coffee.

The situation of the hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful.

they have tourists from other countries. They could have international TV and maybe a Kettle in the room.

The staff is very kind, friendly and going the extra mile for the guests. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is also recomandable.
