Superb staff, comfortable bed, clean room, great price and very dog friendly.

An auto email to guests at the time of booking with instructions for parking and a telephone number that doesn't go to a call centre would be helpful. Also, no bar or restaurant was open as it was New Year's Eve, we managed to pick up supplies, but a note before arrival would have made it easier for us as stores were closing by the time we got there.

The hotel was perfectly placed to visit the main old Spanish square, as well as the shops. There are not enough restaurants in Tudela, well not many where we were anyway and 2 of the main restaurants in the square were closed, which was a shame. We loved the hotel and its facilities. The parking was perfect. and they seem to love dogs too, which was good for us travelling with our dog. We have booked this hotel again in October, when we are back in Spain. Breakfast was SUPERB!

All was good, no complaint.

My husband asked for a tuna salad for his evening meal, it consisted of four slices of large tomato, on each slice was a small piece of tuna, he was not impressed as there were no other items of salad, we were very tired by the travel so we ate our meal and went to bed, during the night my husband had cronic sickness and diarrhoea, when we left the hotel in the morning I had to drive all day to our home in Spain, he was very I’ll for 4 days I believe he had food poisoning.

Good secure parking, great staff, very helpful - even supplied a bed for my dog. Good value too, although I can’t comment on breakfast as I was away early.

Room was a little bit tired but not a problem. My biggest issue was in the bar/restaurant as there was only one member of staff out front and glass him, he was working his socks off. They really need to get him some help. Aside from that the food was good and not too expensive.

First and foremost the fact that they accepts pets and they have a bed for them in the room, along with some amenities. The staff is extremely nice and willing to help.

One can hear noise from the corridor in the room, but considering the price and that the hotel may have been built in the beginning of 90s, it is expected.

Very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, not too far from the restaurant area, where you can enjoy different tapas and other dishes. We travelled with our dog, so there is little park next to the hotel which was very good to bring the dog for a little walk.

Traffic noise and people talking outside during the night. We were in room 107.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely clean ,good sized room. Dog welcome and even a dog bed and bowls supplied.

Dog not allowed in restaurant so had to eat out and did bother with breakfast. Struggled to find somewhere to eat as it was Monday and most places were closed

Good room with a great shower room and a very comfortable bed. Hotel has a good location 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Great secure parking. Buffet breakfast very good value.
