A Modern and very clean hotel and easy access from the main motorway for an overnight stay. The bedroom and Bathroom were well laid out with a great walk in shower, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a good buffet breakfast.

Nothing to dislike about the Hotel but we arrived on a Monday and although there were plenty of restaurants in the same area as the hotel the only one open on a Monday was the WOK Asian buffet restaurant , which was OK , but some of the other closed restaurants would have been probably more to our taste.

Everything. The staff, the parking and the ease at finding it. The breakfast in particular was brilliant and loved the pancake machine. Instructions for everything from parking to making pancakes. All staff were super helpful, Maria offered to order us taxi for going into town. Also lovely man at breakfast helped us with preparing our eggs. We will definitely return.

Nothing to with hotel. It was quite a long walk into town and on reflection we could have taken up offer of taxi. The plaza was very nice and we had a lovely meal very reasonable with a chilled bottle of Chardonnay.

Really very good hotel. Next time we are passing this way we will stay here. Loved the staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a good place. There are restaurants, a Service station with electric chargers and a supermarket. Also, we spotted a Lidl across the road from the garage. There is a garage attached to the hotel with gated secure parking. It’s easy to get to from the motorway. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t have any complaints. For a stop-over hotel it had all we needed.

Convenient overnight stop on the way to the ferry at Bilbao. Quiet, friendly staff, good size rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast, strong wifi, secure external car parking and a fair price. No evening meal and in an industrial area so to eat you either need to drive or walk to fast food outlets.

Lack of food onsite in the evening and no water or coffee in the bedroom.

Very easy to access, not a long way off the highway so perfect as a stop in the long journey. Staff is friendly, rooms are smallish but comfy, a bit overpriced, but what isn't nowadays? Also there's SkyDream within 2 minutes walking which is a hamburgers joint (good ones and excellent quality price ratio) and a VR playroom. What else could a geek request? This is not the first time we stay at this hotel, that we like for the convenience and family friendly staff, but now we'll come back every time for sure thanks to SkyDream.

Free parking on site. Nice room and shower. Breakfast good, but since we had to leave the hotel early, we didn't have time for the " Full English". It's an ideal stop-over for our long journey from Costa Blanca to the Bilbao ferry.

We were greeted very well by Edourado who was very helpful and had a lovely sense of humour, aa great start to our stay. Parking was excellent in a secure yard behind the hotel. THe room was very good, comfortable and had pleasent views from the window. The Breakfast was OK - as it was a "Spanish" breakfast and not something we were used to.

Nothing - it is agreat value for money Hotel, with a nearby restaurant where we had a great meal at a resonable price. So we enjoyed our stay and if we come this way again will definately stay here. In Fact we will look to stay at some of the hotels in your group. Thanks we enjoyed

Clean and comfy, great location- just straight down the road into the heart of the town, close to the desert, close to major routes. Clean and bright cafeteria style area in the front of the hotel and a seating area in the sun just outside. It was a perfect stopover on our way from France to Spain. There is secure parking behind the hotel. As you arrive it looks like a trading estate but keep going, the hotel is at the end. No spectacular views from our room but the desert and mountains are all around.

We sent a request for a first floor room which was acknowledged with a Yes but we were booked into a second floor room. We accepted without question as it’s just a preference, not a necessity. There was a lift as well as a wide staircase.

Very helpful, friendly team. Secure car park to rear. Standard of room and modern decor. Generally very clean and well-maintained. Location good for local shops, Lidl, amenities and road connections.

There were some thick, dark hairs left in the shower tray on arrival... almost like dog hairs??! See photo. View from room not great, but that's a minor issue.

Room was clean and modern and staff friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as leaving early. In a good position for us as travelling back to U.K. and easy access to main route to Poitier

There wasn’t anything we disliked but a shame there wasn’t a Restaurant however there was one within walking distance
