Very hospital as they accepted that I might be late to check in after the check-in is closed. They provided a keycode to exit and enter at night. The room was nice and clean, and windows could be open (as air-conditioner didn't work so well) so the room could be cooled down well. There is a lot of space to walk the dogs (in front of the hotel is grass area and there is a street going towards bus station that was very quiet and there is a grassy area where we could walk.

I was very disappointed that even though breakfast was included and supposedly was until 10 in the morning, it was totally empty of food when I arrived at 9.15. There were other people still there to "eat," but there wasn't actually anything. When I asked why they brought me scrambled eggs.... The explanation was that as I was last to arrive, they didn't have anything left. But there were still others sitting, and the plates were basically scraped clean.

On the day of the arrival, i was called several times and asked when will arrive because after 22.00 hrs there will be no one in the reception…When you travel by car for 1000 km per day, you can not tell or know exactly the hour of the arrival. The payment was already done for the night, so no matter when i arrive i have to check in. For a hotel, i think it is normal to have someone in the reception over night.

The complex is very modern, comfortable location in relation to main road and great parking facilities

The staff is friendly and our overall impression is positive, but the complex management should dedicate more time and examination to the cleanliness (the room conditions were perfect, everything is so new and comfortable, but covered with spider web 👀)

The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast we had included in our room reservation. The room was very clean and comfortable - the HVAC unit was fantastic and provided a dry air setting so we didn't freeze due to A/C. The property seemed like it had just been remodeled.

We arrived later on a Tuesday evening and because this hotel doesn't have a restaurant we did need to go off-premises to find dinner, but that was a minor inconvenience. We knew this in advance.

perfect location in the middle of Lendava nice and clean room - I was a bit afraid expecting old socialist-style room but I was very positively surprised nice and modern bathroom / shower design of the hotel hall / interior

just a small thing - in the room was a bit of "echo" of my own voice. Maybe some piece of textile (courtains etc) could help. But it was nothing terrible. The "Irish pub" across the square was dissapointment - they did not have draft beer and even not any Irish beer. But this is not a problem of the hotel, just a remark ;-)

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was not fresh and the choice was really poor. We felt like like we were eating leftovers

Hotel And Position: Really nice modern hotel right next door to the highway. (love the cube design) Big hall and outside terrace were a great place for a drink. The Room: Air conditioning was good but the position not really, my back suffered all night. Bed comfortable but the blanket too heavy for the season. Good shower and bathroom. Continental Breakfast was ok and a lot of choices.

The Hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast is good. The receptionist is very friendly and very gentle.

The extra price for the dog is costly: 30 Euro and moreover the client will find out only later, not during the reservation. Especially if you book a room non-refundable they could ask you any price for the dog, because you cannot decline the booking without paying. Not fair at all, the extra price for the dog MUST be clear during the reservation process.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and courteous. Great, modern design and impressive construction of the building - super interior both lobby and staircase and the room itself.

I didn't like the lack of a kettle in the room and a coffee and tea set.

PERFECT! Simply perfect. We should have a Cubis Hotel in each European city. It's always like being in holiday when you stay overnight there, even if you are on a business trip and you are tired. You enter the room and you feel 20 years younger.
